I have been dancing for over 15 years. I studied at several different studios, community college and University of North Texas. I am qualified to teach ballet, modern, and tap. I am qualified to teach all ages. I am very comfortable with small children. I started helping my mom in the church nursery at the age of 12. I've worked in day cares and after school programs. I am also comfortable working with older children and adults.
Ballet classes are an introduction to the foundation and discipline of ballet. This well-balanced program will develop self-confidence in a safe learning environment. The dance class is an integration of the State/National dance standards with a Vaganova emphasis. The curriculum will allow students to practice the art of dance as they explore movement while learning the nuances of music, gain self-confidence, and develop discipline.

Being on a competitive dance team since 3rd grade, I have performed in many shows and competitions, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Dance Competition being the biggest. My team won 4 years in a row and danced at 4 different Dallas Cowboys games in Texas Stadium. I am an expert at all types of dance: jazz, tap, ballet, and modern.
