Hi there, my name is Siddharth and I have been teaching chess in public and private schools, including private lessons, over the last six years.

I love to see students grow with each lesson and accomplish their goals. Under my tutelage, I have helped students advance from beginner level to tournament level competition. Recently, six of my students have won in their respective tournaments. 

I attended De Monte Fort University in England and earned my degree in Textile Technology and Business Management in 1976. Since then I have been fortunate to be able to travel worldwide.

I enjoy teaching children of all ages, as well as adults. My philosophy is to make chess a fun experience while improving my students' technical skills.

I look forward to helping you reach your goals.

I have been teaching chess for six years and my students have gone on to tournament level and won competitions. Within the first few lessons, my students have developed a deeper understanding of chess strategies As they progressed further in their lessons they have developed special moves to win the chess games. I take pride in my students' success and love working with them. I do provide tournament chess boards for my students.

Siddarth is a knowledgeable, patient, engaging teacher.  I truly look forward to every lesson.  He poses good questions, challenges me, and has improved my game!

Siddharth was a great teacher and my child like a lot, his teaching was very methodical and inspiring at same time. One trait which we want to call out is his patience. Definitely recommend. Unfortunately after few classes we were unable to continue to other commitments and family situation but would love to come back any time.
