Classical Guitar · In home
The reason why I called Jim was to help me with my classical guitar pieces for my ASU audition. I had very little experience in this side and of music and looking for a teacher was important. I hired Jim for an hour every Sunday the past month of January. The way he approached the music pieces and the knowledge he had was very impressive. Jim is also very patient and lets you have control over the lesson and start or suggest were to begin the lecture. I was able to lean a piece and know how to approach classical guitar thanks to Jim. There were somethings that I din't like about some of the lessons, There were times that when Jim was lecturing, he would get side tracked and forget about the topic and not even look at the music for a great majority of the hour, it was defiantly frustrating. Nonetheless, Jim is a great teacher, always appreciated when he stayed over the hour to further discus the piece. For these reasons I have decided to give Jim a four out of five rating.

About Mari

Hello Ladies and Girls, :)
My name is Mari, above you ill find two links to my shop on Etsy and my personal Facebook page.
Feel free to explore wherever you wish on both pages, so you get a better u
nderstanding of who I am. I added my personal Facebook page, because I want you to get to know me as a person and not just a teacher i.e.; robot! LOL
I am an Interior Designer, I finally found my calling in my late 40's
But i soon found out that designing was fun, but boring. I hired everyone else to do all the fun stuff, like sewing for all of the clients needs, i.e.; bedding, pillows, draperies, roman blinds, and even upholstering new chairs or couches, etc.
So I decided I would teach myself to sew,
So first I started to learn about machines, how they work and what they are capable of, Then I got a job at a Viking sewing center and sold the machines for years. I am a professional sewer, with skills in sewing and serging.
I love sewing and so will you, lets have some fun together..

I have had the pleasure of learning poi tricks, fire eating as well as fire breathing from Corrine within the last year. She has a wide range of prop knowledge which was extremely beneficial for me, being a hula hooper she was able to explain a poi trick using hula hoop terminology. One of my favorite things Corrine does is teach the importance of fire safety, before learning any new prop she will go over the DOs & DONTs, Corrine has a very strong passion for that. Each lesson I walk away with new crowd pleasing tricks under my sleeve! Corrine is very patient & has the ability to simplify a trick & break it down so that any mind at any pace can learn. I have been a flow artist for 7 years now & have gone to many flow classes that fail in comparison, I would highly recommend Corrine to anyone!!
