Stacey has been training my daughter since November 2014. While it has been a short time only, the training my child has received has been exemplary. She has grown in maturity and presence as well as performance.

Christopher M.

Cincinnati, OH

About Christopher

I believe that everyone can enjoy singing. Not everyone gets the opportunity to sing at the Metropolitan Opera, Broadway, or other world famous music halls. Nonetheless, I believe that with proper training, patience, and practice everyone can enjoy the art of singing within their own level of giftedness. If you have never tried to sing for fear of embarrassment, or If you love to sing and want to learn more or if you just want to brush up and fine tune, my studio is the place for you. Nonetheless, I believe that with proper training, patience, and practice everyone can enjoy the art of singin
g within their own level of giftedness.

I take time to listen to a student's instrument and lesson by lesson determine what is the best course of positive action that I and the student need to take in order to achieve the best results not just for today but for the long term. I want my students to enjoy singing, sing excellently, but also have longevity with their voices.

Voice study requires discipline, patience, and the desire to be better everyday! There is a good deal of effort that the student must put forth on their own in that they must practice what they have been taught and come prepared to lessons. My responsibility it to take the students voice and help them get it in shape. I love helping students make new vocal discoveries.
*** Lesson Details ***
I aspire as a teacher to help my students to reach their maximum potential in education and life. Further, I strive to see them share their hard earned talents and gifts with their communities and abroad. I recognize and appreciate the fact that every student is unique and each person has their own abilities, interests and aspirations. With this understanding I endeavor to provide students with a classroom environment that allows for a variety of learning styles to better meet the needs of my students.

Zaky N.

Independence, KY

About Zaky

Hi, my name is Zak! Music is a beautiful thing. It has the power to give and shape emotions, send a message, move and inspire people. Music, and teaching have always been a big passion in my life. The ability to take knowledge you have, and show and shape someone with those skills. It is an amazing feeling. I am a passionate, and caring instructor. My teaching style is encouraging, motivating, and educational. I think you can do anything you set your mind to, and I use that by showing my students that I believe in them. Using a curriculum that was taught to me, and been used even in schools, a
nd universities, it fits all age and skill levels. Starting with Rock, moving to Funk, ending with Jazz. When drumming playing with music, learning improvisation, and playing by ear is important. I also focus on this, having students learn their favorite songs, and learn to play with new music as well. This keeps students interested, and adds a fun personal element to their lessons. I also have implemented use of a teaching app, so while practicing if students have a question they can ask me right then so to not forget, and I can give feedback. It also has a practice tracker tool. If you have any questions feel free to email me. I look forward to meeting you, and helping you reach your music goals!

I have nothing but great things to say about Zak N., my daughter's instructor - he is SUPER with her and has given her confidence and the self-esteem she lacked before. I would refer family/friends and others to him in a heartbeat!!! He is the BEST!!!

Zak has gone so far out of his way to accommodate us. He has taken my daughter under his wing, insisting that she surpasses him in his expertise and spends 4 times the amount of time he is getting paid for, just to increase her skills and confidence. This is all while he attends two different colleges on a full-time basis!!! He is simply amazing, and incredibly talented!

I had done a few shows and sang in choirs before I started lessons with Rachel, but had no one-on-one formal vocal training. I thought singing was just...singing. I had no idea all the technique and science that went into being the best vocalist possible. She expanded my range, helped me learn harmony, and how to sing from my diaphragm and use my whole body to sing . She's patient, funny, and will teach you more than you could even realize !!
