Outstanding instructor of guitar. He goes above and beyond when it comes to teaching students how to play the guitar. He is very flexible, understanding, knowledgeable, and patient when he delivers his classes. Not only does he teach students how to play the guitar, he also does other things like teaching them how to tune their guitars, how to change keys when necessary to make a song sound better, and how to use a capo when playing the guitar. All of these are above and beyond what most teachers have taught me in the past. I really enjoy taking classes from my instructor.

Cameron C.

Littleton, CO

About Cameron

I have played rock and blues guitar for 30 years. I grew up with the Beatles and Rolling Stones, but now play in the Albert King, Buddy Guy and Eric Clapton blues styles. I know most rock, blues, folk and jazz styles with some knowledge of country and classical. I have been the rhythm, lead or bass guitar player in six bands spanning 30 years. My current band is West of the Blues. I was mentored by Mike Bruce. Mike was BB King’s, Bobby Blue Bland’s and Bob Seger’s lead guitar player for many years. He has played with everyone from Eric Clapton to Janet Jackson. During the Mike Bruce period my band opened for him almost everywhere. He became my mentor and guitar teacher and only then did I start learning how to play the instrument that initially looked easy. I have taught

We couldn't be happier!

My daughter has been taking guitar lessons with Cameron for several months now. She really loves it, and has learned a great deal. She is learning both guitar and bass guitar, and Cameron leaves it up to her which one she wishes to focus on that week. He is flexible, patient, kind, with a comfortable laid-back approach. My daughter leaves her lessons inspired. Cameron has a comfortable well lit studio in his home. He is an experienced teacher and performer, and has good advice and tricks to make learning easier. She is using a personalized workbook for lessons, and there is an emphasis on improv and learning by listening. We couldn't be happier!

Amber J.

Englewood, CO

About Amber

Growing up in Denver, I had a huge desire for singing and performing. By age 14, I was taking weekly singing & piano lessons, was acting constantly in local productions-many times getting the lead role. Some of the productions I acted in: The Wizard of Oz (Dorothy), Camelot, Anything Goes (Reno Sweeney), How to Succeed in Business (Smitty), Carousel, Oklahoma, Les Miserables, and Oliver (Nancy.) I received a 4-year scholarship to the Conservatory of Music in Stockton, CA. at the University of the Pacific. Upon graduation, I entered graduate school at the University of North Texas to continue my singing and piano studies, along with music theory, history, and musical video production. Upon graduating UNT, I was chosen among 200 performing arts majors to be the featured soloist at ...

Amber is our church's music director and as a member of the worship team I have had the opportunity to observe her interact with students, including my wife. Needless to say, I was quite impressed with her abilities. But, I didn't realize the scope of her wonderful expertise until I began taking voice lessons from her. The awesome thing about Amber is her ability to interact with the student on the student's level. In other words, Amber has the wonderful ability of sharing her musical expertise by teaching in such a gentle, encouraging and patient manner that makes taking lessons from her a joy and privilege. Although, her knowledge of music is second to none, she teaches in such a gracious manner that the student doesn't feel like they are being talked-down-to.

Hi, I'm a professional drummer, percussionist, and composer here in Denver offering a fresh new approach to drum instruction. I teach at two separate locations complete with dual drum sets and a complete sound system that allows for both my students and I to play simultaneously and at full live volume! As a Graduate of the California Institute of the Arts, I've been lucky enough to have studied with some of the most diverse masters of drumset and percussion from several continents around the globe. I've been a player of the drums for over 26 years now, and I'm still practicing and perfecting the art, gaining new friends, students, and live stage experiences on the way. Let me start by saying that I highly value the freedom that I've been able to enjoy by passionately perusing ...

My son has been taking drum lessons with Mike for several months. He had never played drums prior to his first lesson and Mike has been nothing but patient and very professional with him. My son really enjoys the lessons and is learning so much more than I expected. Super happy with Mike and his knowledge of the drums along with his patience and communication. Excellent Teacher

Mike is a great Drum instructor. I am a beginner and felt he did a great job with my skill level. He has a lesson plan but is very flexible in learning the style of music you want to hear. He helps you achieve the goal you have with drums whether it is to be in a band or just for a hobby.

Lessons are fun and detailed without being boring.

Mike is very excellent at teaching the drums

Mike creates a fun environment when he teaches drumming,i would definitely recommend people who have an interest in drumming to go learn from Mike. He's very talented and admits he's a bit weird but the way he teaches is just fun. he's always telling you what he liked about how you're drumming and how you can improve.

Eric is an incredibly talented guitar player with a wide range of knowledge and experience that combine to make for a great guitar instructor. My 8 year old son has been his student for the past 2 years and has progressed quickly and has an understanding of guitar that others kids his age do not. I have and do recommend Eric.
