'Four Seasons’ Tai chi form is a relaxing, easy flow combination of the Qi gong, Sun and Chen style postures. You will need an area around 9'x3'. Our Tai chi can be performed in a seated position if you desire. Our approach is low key and relaxing. The class will begin with a greeting, a warm-up, and then we will explore the Four Seasons Tai chi. The beginning of class may vary, from time to time. If you take part in our online class, you will experience our mirror image learning. You can learn our Tai chi form by watching and moving as if you were looking into a mirror.

I have a massive music collection (.mp3 files) of over 300 songs and counting. What I do is do dancing with getting and staying fit fun! Giving people the confidence to dance to get fit and stay fit. They have fun doing it. I also allow people to request their favorite songs. No dance lessons...you cannot dance wrong in my classes—no steps to learn. People are allowed to copy my dance steps and/or create their own dance steps. Chair dancing is allowed.
My name is Laura. I am 57 years old. My definition of Dance: allowing the music to guide your body and go with the flow. I live in Ecuador, so some of my classes will be held outdoors. My goal is: (1) For everyone to be encouraged to get in shape and stay in shape. (2) Have fun.

Richard is an excellent instructor"
Nancy , Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor"
His style of teaching translates well to the online medium. He keeps a sharp eye on even minute mistakes while remaining positive and encouraging, breaks down the movements, and is attentive to detail . He also has a sense of humor, which is always a welcome characteristic in a teacher.
Since he is very experienced, he can assess his students very well and knows just what level of instruction to deliver, depending on your needs.
I am enriched and feel I'm moving to a new level after every class with Ron. Very grateful for his instruction and highly recommend!"
