Yes even I grew up in a Spanish household I took lessons. Speaking it naturally is way different when learning the grammar and the rules. I will guide you through the levels of the correct formal and informal to talk in Spanish.

About Rosita
I have been singing and studying voice for over 23 years since I was a child! I hold a Bachelors from Musicians Institute and other accomplished degrees from American Musical Dramatic Academy to conclude my quest for vocal excellence and the ability to sing in multiple languages ( English, Spanish, Japanese and Italian) I have been lucky enough to study with some of the top teachers in the country and now I bring the experience I have gained directly to you!
I am proud to share my student's vast array of musical successes. From being cast on short anime films and musicals to being accepted into prestigious performing arts academies to conquering the Karaoke scene. My passion for multiple languages and love of music is the desire driving me to share the gifts for teaching young children to open the door to their own musical abilities and
hidden artistic desires. I am currently writing a musical which will be debuting in 2020. I'm currently the vocal coach/Trainer and choir director at Iglesia Elim Central.

I will make sure my students have fun and help them get in the right track to their musical goals.

Also, I constantly upload videos on Singing, The Spanish Language, and Japanese! So keep Checking in! It ranges on tips and answering the most common questions on those particular subjects!

Also There are discounted rates for worship teams and church choirs. For more information please contact me through the "Ask a Question feature"

*** Lesson Details ***
I do my absolute best to create a positive atmosphere for my students. Even when the students feel frustrated or stressed, it is important to inspire them and give them the fuel that they need. Though I am strict when it comes to homework and their about their studies. Every lesson at the beginning I will review what we learned previously and test them.
then begin with proper breathing technique exercises, the cornerstone of all vocals. We move on to vocal exercises to condition the voice. Then we work on the songs that you are eager to sing!

I will use a piano when doing vocal warm ups and conditioning exercises. Students that play other instruments and accompany themselves when performing (such as a guitar) are encouraged to bring that instrument to their lessons. My goal is for them to gain the knowledge that they need to help reach their artistic goals.
With all my lessons every student will be taught a basic run down of Music Theory. My students will always progress in what they do. They will have the discipline that they need and yet have fun and be filled with inspiration. Which is the most important thing, to be Inspired to do better.

*** Studio Equipment ***
iMac, condensing mic...performing mic, keyboard, mixer...living room of apartment.

*** Travel Equipment ***
I do have a portable keyboard. Though I do expect the student to have their own recording device and karaoke tracks. At Home I do have a studio, and if the students has an iPod or an Mp3 player I can attach it to a device where all of us can hear the tracks. I do have a recording studio as well.

*** Specialties ***
I specialize in Musical Theatre, and Pop rock genres. When I teach my students I always have them learn a song of another language whether it's Spanish or Japanese. It helps with diction when they learn a song outside the English Language. Also It helps them to learn another Language at the same time. Also I give them a little anatomy class when they are learning how to sing. I give them a model of the vocal Chords and different areas of the Larynx and which part works for the chest voice and the head voice.

I'm a Public Speaker and I always lose my voice after 45 minutes. As I was talking to one of my clients she recommended me to go to a vocal trainer and I associate vocal trainers as a singing teacher. But to much of my surprise they train people to do both! So I began searching for a Vocal Trainer and found Rosita. She is very uplifting and patient. Her direction is incredibly helpful. Her weekly goals, telling us the physical vibrations we need to aim for.Rosita is truly out of this world!

Thank you!

Whether you want to to get an A+ on your next Spanish test, become more comfortable with traveling to foreign Spanish-speaking countries, or just connect with people and art using the second most commonly spoken world language, you've come to
the right place! I have been studying Spanish for the last 7 years of my life, and on top of that am currently working on bachelors degrees in both Anthropology and Linguistics, as well as an associates degree in Spanish and a nationally recognized translator's certification. Let me know if your ready to take the next steps towards fluency!

About Liam
I am currently a college student working on a double major (Anthropology and Linguistics", a minor (Spanish), and a Spanish to English Translators certificate. I am fascinated with language learning and do it daily, it may sound odd but it is actually one of my favorite hobbies (on top of Spanish I have study Turkish, German, and most recently French). My prices are low because I am not in fact a teacher, but I understand all to well what it is to be a student and want to help you with your own language learning journey.

When I began studying Spanish, I was immediately hooked. I wanted to learn as much of the language as possible as quickly as I could. There was just one large obstacle in my way: the classroom setting. Following the rigid curriculum of a classroom is incredibly restricting to a language learner. Just think about it, w
hen you were learning English, did you start with present tense, then move to present progressive, then past tense? Of course not, because that would take too long. Instead, you learned to absorb the bits of language you were exposed to, then try it out without any real fear of making mistakes. You could say things like "I eated" instead of "I ate" in front of your parents only to find them carefully correcting you and letting you on your way. This is an entirely different set up from the typical classroom, where the equivalent mistake in a Spanish class could cost you a good grade. I intend to create the same kind of atmosphere with our lessons. I have lived in Spain and experienced the same thing with my host parents, patiently correcting my every mistake until before I knew it we were conversing fluently. As well I have obviously been in the typical Spanish classroom, where the difference between "la lámpara rota" and "la lámpara rompida" is the difference between passing and failing a test. What they don't tell you is that every native Spanish speaker made the same mistakes you are, just without all the pressure.

If any of this struck a cord with you, do not hesitate to contact me! The hours I have listed may seem small, but in reality my schedule is quite flexible and I'm sure we could find a time that fits your schedule!

Native speaker fluent in english and spanish. I have been educated in both Mexico and USA, so my language levels meet high standards; currently I tutor AP (advanced placement) Spanish students at a local school, and have seen such a huge progress with them, because there we make learning fun and varied, and also give many tips on language learning, as I learn other languages myself, and have seen results, I am an expert adviser, who gives personalized help.
I also get close to my students so they feel comfortable with me, we make learning fun and humoristic, not just plain on studying grammar, this way always fails.

About Carolina
I love art, and social studies, they are to me the pleasures of life: sometimes I like to write poems, to express my feelings through them, as I believe this let's me release my negative emotions, and is an alternative to bad things like alcohol, etc. I love seeing art from all over the world: European, Latin, Asian, but mostly middle eastern, for whom I have a great love and would love to meet soon, specifically Petra, Jordan, Egypt, Israel, since some of the most beautiful places are located here, and I dream of feeling free, adventurous and far away from the daily typical routine. Simply contemplating breathtaking places would be life changing and stepping on the places where the greatest civilizations once lived could be life changing. I'm ambitious, and no wish is too silly for me, I believe that we have the power t
o remove the problems of our society, positivity is stronger than complaining, and brings us all together into harmony, regardless of our age, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disabilities, etc.
