I gave William 5 stars because he's the best. He is good at what he does. When ever I was getting into a panic state, William will keep calm and cool as a cucumber.
He takes his time to explain concepts when you don't understand. he will keep working with you until you meet your objectives. I'm happy with my sections with him right now, and will keep working with him. He's one of the most pleasant person I have ever met. Thanks William.

I hold this course dear to me, as it --and amazing teachers!-- ignited my passion for the physical sciences. Just halfway through high school, I decided this was to be my path for university studies and didn't look back.

I loved this subject from the time it was formally introduced to me as a high school sophomore in general chemistry, from acids and bases to stoichiometry and molecular structures. I continued by taking AP Chemistry during 11th grade (Junior) year of HS and maintained the highest grade in my class. I received a 5 on my AP exam. I continued onto several semesters of university level Chemistry courses, into upper division Organic Chemistry.

About Erin
I carry an enthusiasm for knowledge and "nerdy" subjects like mathematics and science! I believe in the power of positive reinforcement and aim to foster not only knowledge, but also confidence. Lessons are individualized for the student and their goal grade/test score. I am passionate about education and the development of growing minds, and it shows in my sessions.

My assistance doesn't stop just because the lesson is over. I make myself available to students (via email) for as-needed homework and study-related questions.

I have nearly 10 years experience working as an educator.
I am honored to work with students throughout the year, for long-term results, but am also happy to assist with short-term needs such as midterm/final exam preparation.

Also available for:
College admissions consulting -- Let me help your family nav
igate this complex process. I can assist with choosing programs and schools, tailoring applications to each recipient school, and generally putting together the strongest possible application packet.

Erin was very caring, articulate, thorough and responsive. She tested my daughter's knowledge by assigning her problems to do prior to their sessions. As a result, she was able to get 100% on all of her home/class work.

In essence, chemistry is the study of the change. And ultimately, these 'changes' are those that occur at the atomic level of our famous chemical elements; how they interact with each other, how they behave, and most importantly, how we can manipulate them to do amazing things. From synthesizing addition polymers like HDPE to solving for the internal energy of an expanding balloon. I focus on the foundations of chemistry by highlighting the keystone aspects that define its very nature. I take pertinent concepts from introductory chemistry, such as the periodic table of the elements and the SI unit system, and dissolve them into parcels of data that can easily be memorized, and that can be effectively recalled when you tackle the enigmatic units of chemistry that dazzle most students. I then offer meticulous and in depth explanations for the most daunting problems that plague chemistry. With me as your tutor, you will enter your chemistry lectures/classes with unparalleled confidence ...

About Amadou
I am a distinguished graduate from Illinois Tech with a bachelor's of mechanical engineering. I make it my duty to break down many of the complexities in math, science and engineering that have been plaguing students since the beginning of time. I have over 10 years of teaching experience teaching students of all ages math, science and ACT/SAT prep who have went on to make 180 degree turns in their grades. This field experience has allowed me to develop the patience and understanding that is crucial in producing stellar students.

As an engineering-inclined individual, I encourage an exemplary study ethic in my students as well as an organized and systematic approach geared towards maximizing student grades/scores. I also bring results by relating to my students by incorporating elements of the things that they like (sports, hobbies, m
usic, etc...) into their most challenging courses allowing them to even potentially develop a passion for their most difficult courses. I always make a conscious effort to work at each student's own pace and I make it my priority to decompose the most challenging topics into components that can be more easily internalized by my students, effectively increasing their grades and giving them the self-confidence and enthusiasm they need to get killer grades. I guarantee quality, commitment, and results!

Having lived in over 20 countries has also permitted me to maintain my patience, composure and sense of flexibility and open-mindedness when dealing with even the most extreme personalities. I believe that everyone has potential; however potential is worthless unless put in motion. And experts like me take pride in our abilities to give students that push, that jolt of energy that galvanizes them into pulling themselves up by their own bootstraps, allowing them to achieve academic excellence.

I have always been fascinated with mathematics and all of it's related branches. As a chemical engineer major with over four years of tutoring, I have both the expertise and experience to teach anyone mathematics in a fun and interactive learning environment. I can explain complex concepts using easy-to-understand terms and relevant examples. My goal is to connect students with foundational knowledge and problem solving methods so that they can tackle any math problem by themselves. I believe that having a strong core in mathematics will not only increase a student's grades but will also boost their confidence, motivation, and interest in the subject as well.

About Ariel
Hey! I'm an experienced mathematics and physics tutor with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from UCSD. I have been tutoring privately for seven years and offer high quality sessions tailored to each individual. I'm dedicated to making sure each concept is understood fully by emphasizing fundamentals and explaining solutions step-by-step. I easily connect with students and I strive to instill in them everything they need to stay motivated and reach their full potential.

Im a pre-medical student and have a bachelors in physiology. Ive been a TA and preceptor for multiple classes and help build class structures. i have over thousands of hours of volunteering, teaching, and clinical experiences. I worked in a Physical chemistry lab for 4 years which i have published four papers in the journal of molecular spectroscopy. I was a non traditional student and really understand the new test taking skills and requirements that other professors are looking for. I will teach you to critically think and understand the concept by solving problems. I am the kind of teacher that things will click in your brain after a few discussions, everyone learning style is different so i approach with multiple learning techniques. So far every student i have tutored have been very successful in their examinations and classes. I want you to to grasp the concept, and not just be a semesters worth of material.

About Onur
Im 29 and ive done quite alot so far in my life. I love talking about virtually anything and have alot of hobbies. Here a list of stuff i do and qualified to do for fun:
Im a certified skydiver, i race cars and love rally racing, im a lead guitar player in a metal band, i love learning new instruments and have a small collection of instruments from different parts of the world, i love technology and computers (also building them), i like working with electronics (such as wiring circuits, building devices), i love organic chemistry synthesis reactions and actually setting up reactions, im a combat veteran and served in the US ARMY for about 4 years as and have many teaching certifications for different classes and language. Im turkish so i like teaching turkish as well. I really enjoy the medical field so im currently studying for the MCA
T and applying to medical school. I am also a Lab Manager and researcher at the University of Arizona. I love hiking and extreme sports such as snowboarding etc. ( ALL OF THEM!!), theres probably more to this that i cant even remember but im always happy to sit down, talk , teach, learn from my students.
