I've had a book published and have written for a multi-national newspaper. I also got A grades right up until I finished college with English Literature and Creative Writing. I also have done numerous public speaking engagements and have studied acting and theatre with A grades all the way through college.
My style of teaching is very relaxed and informal, I want students to feel they can be equals with me, and gain confidence and be proud of their work. I set homework but I also encourage students to get creative in their own time and to show initiative! Reading is vital to growing your knowledge and also for confidence and speaking in public.
Lessons can involve looking at literature and different styles of writing, as well as finding something that sparks the imagination and interest. I work especially well with young teens and pre-teens, as well as those who are looking to further their reading skills.
I also look at Shakespeare and modern plays, as well as screenplays, ...

Book NowThere's many classes on finance, but having been an stock trader and investor since 1999, I can teach you how to trade. (I've been around long enough to see all kinds of markets.) The trading skill I will share with you is real world trading skills, not some theoretical or textbook information. I can teach you about stocks. futures, options, and forex. The kinds of stuff they don't teach in finance classes. Which is sad, because I wish I've learned this stuff when I was younger. If you trade with the right knowledge from the start, you can avoid all the losses from the trial and error approach. I think of it as paying tuition. But I'm here to show you the ropes, so you don't have to trial and error and take all those losses, you can trade right from the start.
About Luther
I'm a laid back kind of guy, and I'm passionate about the subjects that I teach. I've been tutoring since 2011 in college and grad school, so I do have quite a bit of tutoring and teaching experience. Perhaps more important than knowledge and passion is the ability to break down a subject so
