I have written and sung over 40 songs in classical, jazz, and rock repertoire. I have over 8 years' vocal training and can teach students how to properly breathe, project notes, and have vocal control. I also teach vocal phrasing according to each singer's range and ability. Based on MDH Breathing Coordination, Nicole will do an assessment of your breathing mechanism and relate proper breathing to vocal production. Once the body is ready for singing, proper techniques will be explored through vocal exercises, which will then be applied to song selections. Laryngeal massage also available.

I've been teaching singing and vocal performance for over four years. I utilize the Kodaly method for vocal performance, starting at the basic level of tonal scales (major, minor, harmonic, melodic, etc.) and Solfege application to serve as a foundational base; rhythm syllables such as "ta" and "doo". Additionally, foundational breath control is applied, as it is very important for the singer to learn how to control their breath and support their sound. From there, repertoire mimicry is applied, or what I call "phrase building," as it is important for any singer to be able to effectively create vocal phrases.

Learning or perfecting skills can often feel intimidating and challenging at times. In each personalized lesson, it is my goal that you feel encouraged and appreciated for the unique singer or learner you are. I will give you the tools you need to become a confident and composed performer and to reach your goals as a student. I will provide fun and interactive exercises that help you master the basics of breath, posture, tone, diction, and the foundations of musicianship. Students will learn how to prepare a song and how to present a song in dramatic and interpretive form. Students will learn how to prepare for auditions and competitions (choral, solo, theatre role, etc.), and how to overcome stage fright and other challenges that are unique to live performance. As a music education specialist, Ronald Chaz develops and restructures educational programs and teaching guidelines in piano and vocal performance as well as music theory to include rudiments and composition, for leisure, college matriculation, or as degree course components administered by Trinity College London (external dept). He teaches these subjects in either English, Spanish, Italian, German, or French.

He has a B.A. and M.Ed. (majors in Vocal/Piano Performance, Music Education, Spanish, German; minors in French, Italian, and Interpreting/Translations ). He is fluent-native speaker fluency to teach Voice in these languages in addition to Tagalog and Cebuano (Visaya).

He has taught up to Fellowship levels, entrance matriculation to colleges and universities, undergraduate-postgraduate requirements, curriculum-based graded examinations requirements, or for leisure and self-enhancement.

My name is Kaycie and I've been teaching piano and voice lessons for over 10 years. I teach all styles and genres and the content of the lesson depends entirely on what the student wants to learn. Although my training is in classical music, most of my lessons consist of playing and singing modern songs, while also learning the basics. I teach all ages and all experience levels.
