I Have worked as translator at federal agency, helping Iranian speaking patients with medical procedures. I have also translated a short book to Farsi (vocal) for a blind patient. I have over 10 years specializing in bigger, intermediate students up speaking Farsi and completed and received my high-school diploma in Farsi in Iran. I speak, write and converse Farsi fluently. I can also teach calligraphy in Farsi.

I have completed my undergrad and graduate degrees at University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan University and University of Maryland. I have taught one-on-one, classes and groups for many years. I have trained as a scientist and actually worked and trained junior scientists in lab procedures and protocols as well as trained employees on policies, regulations and protocols. I have over 18 years of direct teaching experience. In addition, I'm also an artist and that would add another dimension to my teaching ability where I would establish stronger understanding of complex subjects by visual aids. Teaching has been apart of my family generation for over 100 years and I would enjoy teaching for couple of reasons: It is an outlet of creativity. It create a unique opportunity for both my future students and I to learn from each other. I also believe, good teaching experience bring positive impact on both children and adult lives.
