Successfully teaching current students with clear, concise lessons.

All of my current students have developed confidence and enthusiasm to learn all materials presented in an easy to comprehend format.

Each student learns at different levels so all lessons are customized to challenge them but also insure they learn and retain all materials presented to them.

Currently have 16 students ranging from beginners to advanced level.
When selecting a teacher, make arrangements to meet in person to review short and long term goals of learning a musical instrument. Pricing should only be used as the last criteria before making a final decision. It's important to insure your instructor is patient and willing to challenge students to setup a practice routine that will fit their current schedule.

If a student needs an instrument, have instructor give recommendations based on the musical styles they are interested in learning.

Students often ask how long it will take to learn to play a Guitar.

About Alejandro

What is your typical process for working with a new student? Initially will setup lesson plans for first 3 cycles of instruction. Lessons are based on the time frame selected (1/2 hr, hr) and are mandatory once a week. We can also discuss additional lessons if desired up to 3 lessons within a w

Alejandro is a great instructor, really knowledgeable and motivational. I started lessons with him as a beginner and I have made a lot of progress.

Alejandro is a marvelous teacher of music, the guitar specifically, to my 3 grandchildren every Saturday and now for getting onto a year. They love it and are learning ever so much! He is a most talented musician, himself, and has a way of transferring all of that to the 2 boys and my granddaughter. He is reliable and punctual and a treasure to have the opportunity to have him teach the children. I studied the piano for 15 years when I was young, so know a lot of what I speak

Like any good teacher should be, Alex is patient and very instructive. He can cover a variety of musical styles and ability levels. I would recommend him to anyone.

Edward was very patient, emphasized technique, and moved at a pace conducive to learning. He went the extra mile to record and post videos of the music taught immediately following the lesson. Well done!

Good first lesson. Anxious to practice and continue learning!
Steve
I had a wonderful experience studying flamenco guitar with Edward and would highly recommend him to anyone. I came to Edward with a very specific problem of trying to learn the rasgueado technique in Flamenco. After spending the better part of a year attempting to learn via Youtube videos, etc., but to no real avail, I knew it was time to find a one-on-one teacher. Edward was experienced, patient, a great communicator, and made me feel comfortable during the lessons. He very thoroughly taught the technique and chose songs for me to practice that would help me to slowly build this ability. When I mentioned a particular song that I was interested in learning, he spent hours in his off time doing a transcription of it for me. A great guy and a great teacher!

Getting older and noticing a change in my vocal patterns was causing me some concern. Francesca not only listened to me about my concerns but she talked me through the physicality of how my vocal chords worked and how I can best sing in a way that does no damage but gets maximum range, power and tone. I have never taken vocal lessons before so this was such amazing information to have and to put into practice. When you know better, you do better. I can't recommend BugByte Studios enough! Thanks sister!

I've been working with Trevor for just over a year. His teaching goes beyond just dry technique and theory to answer the question "why am I doing this?" When you work with Trevor, there is purpose behind everything you do. He starts with your big picture goals and breaks them down into actionable steps that you can take feeling like it's going somewhere. This makes for way more efficient and exciting practice sessions. If you don't know exactly where you want to go with your playing, Trevor will help you find that as well.
Nathan S.
Trevor is an amazing teacher! He works with you to make a plan to learn whatever interests you. I can bring in any kind of music or style of playing and he will help me learn all of the elements. He is happy to go as far into theory as you want or stay more high level. Also has been very helpful in transitioning from learning tunes to writing and recording my own songs. Highly recommend.

Rob is a fantastic teacher. He is one of the rare ones--an extremely talented performer who works professionally in that capacity and also actually knows how to teach and impart his knowledge to others. He really understands how to explain things, is passionate about music, and has tailored the lessons to my goals. He is able to answer any and all questions I have about theory, and can relate it to the other instruments I play because he plays so many instruments himself. I highly recommend him.

"I appreciate Diego's teaching and how he is able to catch the subtle things I am doing wrong over a web cam no less. His pedagogy sets a high standard for playing, but the lessons progress naturally and logically.

As a teacher, Diego is very patient while encouraging me and knowing when the teaching pace should pick up or slow down. This makes his teaching very efficient while ensuring strong fundamentals.

I look forward to many more years of instruction by Diego and am happy to have found such a knowledgeable and skillful maestro."

"Professional and patient with kids!

Mr. Richard, as we call him, has been fantastic with my 7 year old son. His early recommendations maximized my son's guitar interaction and the visible (audible?) progress being made actively encourages practice at home.

Mr. Richard is able to give simplified homework that my son can understand. As opposed to "practice for 20 minutes per day", Mr. Richard was able to identify what works with my son's personality and established practice criteria that was much more effective."

"I sat in on every lesson Michael gave my daughter, who had not studied guitar before. He uses the time effectively, balancing sight reading, repertoire development, music theory (which he presents in very practical and immediately useful ways), and at all times instilling the technique necessary to sustain rapid progress. My daughter really enjoyed studying with him, and I really enjoyed watching her go from a blank slate to a guitarist you want to listen to. I completely and unreservedly endorse this teacher."

"Ahmad is a gifted and patient instructor. I was looking for a jump-start towards learning to play guitar after years of false starts on my own and Ahmad was the perfect choice for me. It's rare for someone with his playing ability to also be able to impart knowledge to those with far less innate ability but Ahmad is able to relate to his students at their level (whatever it may be). Ahmad has a way of making his students understand that bad habits can be overcome over time and he has distilled his approach so that anyone he works with can improve. I'd recommend him for anyone looking to improve regardless of their skill level."
