I specialize in Singing stage performance.
Being able to sing well is not enough to perform well.
Student needs to bring to stage at least 85% of what he is able to do in the classroom. Better - 150%.
In my class students meet in small groups, perorm in front of each other, and then we exchange notes. We do 2-3 rounds of performing and discussing to make sure it all works.
In my classroom student learns how get rid of stage fright, how to make stressful situation to work for his advantage, not to stand in a way of best performance.
I also use Stanislavsky acting method for singing performance.

Interest in learning salsa? Want to impress your friends? Or, is there a wedding coming up and you want to learn a partner-dancing? Maybe, you just want to improve on any basic skills or techniques?
My name is Andrew and I have been dancing for more than 7 years, starting with bboying in high school and then Latin dancing. I was a Ballroom Director for the student organization on campus during my college study, as well as joined the SJSU Ballroom Dancesport Team. Right now, I am offering private lesson to beginner and beginner-intermediate for salsa.
My lessons are catered in developing basic fundamental techniques and footwork. After the mastery of the basic fundamental technique and footwork, we will then work toward building patterns. My goal is to make sure my students are comfortable and confident enough in dancing to a full 3 mins songs. Throughout the courses, I will also introduce dance theory and music theory. By combining theories with body mechanic, I am striving to ...

I believe everyone has the ability to sing … some better than others, of course, -- but regardless, I believe every voice can make a beautiful sound. I believe learning to sing requires team work: with the proper instruction and learning tools from me, the instructor, and with the dedication (pra

Second of all, when we did our first session, I had to deal with a rough technical patch of trying g to join in for the session. He had no problem helping me with this technical glitch rather than allowing TakeLessons (who I was unable to reach because of matainace issues), to handle it. He helped 5he TakeLessons team. A plus Randy! Though I had to finally use another device to finally join the session, Randy was still willing to have patience and help me with the tech problem.
Lastly, Randy brought a warm feeling to the session and yet sincere. He made me feel welcomed, which opened me up more during this session. This helped because I am uncomfortable with improv but want to get better. He understood this and gave a real honest approach. Also, he informed me that we were going to get a gist of my performance level and work from there. Furthermore, we were going to ease our way into improvement. This gave me alot more balance than other improv classes. He is even willing to give me a little homework that I can practice in prep for next week.
Randy is very encouraging and I enjoyed our first session. I'm exited for next week!"
