d gave me the overview. He made sure that i was comfortable with the instrument before I start taking up cello seriously. So I was able to decide on my own if this was something I wanted to pursue in the long run. I was glad that i had the opportunity to try something new with his guidance or i would have been lost. He has much passion for music and teaching, so each lesson is well structured and fun."

Working with Allen D. has been an incredible experience. I studied guitar as a child, but my experiences were not good, and although I
never lost interest in guitar completely, I did lose enthusiasm for my studies. Things are so different since finding Take Lessons and specifically working with Allen D.. Each lesson sparks my enthusiasm for guitar and music more and more. I have learned more in the short time I've been working with Allen D. than I did after years of lessons elsewhere. Allen is patient, extremely knowledgable, and makes learning fun. I look forward to my lessons each week. Best of all, I am actually playing and understanding music!"

"I'll have to admit I was skeptical about any kind of online teacher format for learning guitar but after experiencing it with Brandon I think I actually p
refer it now. He is an extremely knowledgeable teacher who can get down in the nitty gritty of theory but explains everything in simple and direct terms. He is what I would describe as "chill", doesn't force you to do anything you don't want to, and definitely uses your input to direct his lesson plans. He'll take you in any direction you want to go and will make sure that you're getting what you want out of his lessons! If you're looking to learn guitar in any way, shape, or form, I highly recommend that you work with Brandon."
