I m a female senior citizen of 75 yrs old and have suffered from chronic back pain and weak and stiff muscles. when I met Mary I fell in love with her. Her pleasant and warm disposition attracted me immediately. I liked the idea of her online training sessions, so I don’t have to travel to a gym. She is very patient with me and knows how to keep me motivated to continue exercising. She has changed my life and boost my desire to get better.

Steve is one of the best teachers I have ever encountered, and he is far and away the best martial arts instructor I have ever had. Nothing can prepare you for the knowledge that Steve has accumulated. His methods are unorthodox, the focus of his classes are internal and related to expanding awareness and increasing body synergies within and with the surrounding environment. If you follow his methods, you will advance beyond your wildest imagination and become a better, more balanced human being in the process. He will work with you at whatever pace you desire, he is incredibly humble and he makes himself available to you well beyond the strictly class scheduled format. He has a literal treasure trove of research materials to help you along in your particular practice once he understands your learning objectives. "Kathy L: I started training with Patty in my early forties for quite a few years. I looked and felt the best I ever did in my life. When my daughter went to college I took a break because of finances. But I told Patty I would be back. Well it has been about five year and in June of this year I made the call I was thinking of making for months, asked Patty if she could fit me into her schedule. Thankfully yes. When I workout by myself I would make excuses, and my eating habits became terrible, and I gained weight. Patty got me back on track quickly. "I have been taking private sessions with Mary for a few months now, but due to Covid-19 we have recently discontinued the in-person training and moved on to online virtual sessions via Zoom. To be honest, I was hesitating to move on to virtual training since I was not familiar with technology and the concept of online training and so on. However, Mary is such a kind and lovely person which really helps when training remotely at home. She always explains everything clearly, so you can easily understand the necessary know-how and technique of each exercise and get the same benefits as of an in-person session. In addition to that, if I were a little out of place, she would kindly let me know by correcting any misalignments that might occurred throughout our sessions.
