If you have felt like youtube videos don't give you enough guidance in folding Origami, I would be delighted to take you step by step taking things at your pace and level as we explore the craft of Origami together.
I was born in Japan and origami was something that came naturally to me as a child. The love of Origami was passed down to me from my Japanese Grandmother who decorated her room with all of her paper creations.
It's been in my blood and comes as second nature to me however I know how complex some of these folds can be and my goal as a teacher is to help anyone be able to fold anything, while throwing in stories from Japan and Origami trivia!
Please feel free to Ask me questions about my workshop pricing, I tend to have to charge more for these than my private lessons because of the way take lessons lesson packages are structured but if you have a limited budget please let me know in your message and I will do my best to accommodate if possible.

I've been practicing origami for over 20 years, and now I teach students of all ages and skill levels. I've also been a theatre educator for nearly a decade and I love empowering the inner artist in everyone.
I'll work with you to master the common folds and bases, learn all kinds of models, and show you how to read diagrams so you can keep folding on your own, and even try your own original designs.
From folding paper, you can create beautiful pieces of art in five, twenty-five, or one hundred and five steps, from a simple fish to a three-headed dragon. The art of Origami truly has no bounds. It also improves hand-eye coordination and can feel calming and meditative. After every session, you will come away with amazing paper creations!

They were all talking about their experience the following day at school. I highly recommend Haggit for teaching and leaading Origami parties"
