I'm a violinist with 10 years of teaching experience. I am working with students of all ages/ levels. I believe that teacher should help a student to reveal and develop his/her personality through the music, so the lessons are adjusted for each student's needs individually. At the same time, the basis is a professional approach with detailed instructions.

About Tatiana

I am a professional violinist, regularly performing with several orchestras across Michigan. I have a doctorate degree in violin performance from Michigan State University. Music has been an important part of my life: I have been playing the piano for 14 years and the violin for 8 years now. I am an alumna of the Claremont Young Musicians Orchestra, and I am currently a violinist in the Pomona College Orchestra. I have placed in competitions such as the Diamond Bar Performing Arts Contest and Southwestern Youth Music Festival.
Music helps me de-stress and view things from different perspectives. I have taught music for 3 years. I am hoping to share this passion with my community and would like to teach students of all ages and levels. I will tailor the lesson style according to the student's age. It’s never too late to start!

About Sophia

Hi there! I am majoring in mathematical and computational biology at Harvey Mudd College. I love studying the sciences because it's exciting to learn how things work and to logic things out. I love working with others - I have been tutoring students (ranging from elementary school to high school) o

Sophia worked with my daughter during her Junior year of high school. My daughter was really struggling to understand the material and Sophia was a huge help. Sophia broke the lessons down and was able to instruct my daughter in a way that she could comprehend. Her grade improved by one letter which was wonderful. We truly appreciated Sophia's help.

Students and parents can expect lessons to be held in a calm environment that will allow students to focus and learn. I do not teach using the Suzuki method but I do however, use the Suzuki performance books. Students will be expected to learn note recognition, rhythm, how to hold the violin and bow, and proper care of the instrument. I do not suggest this instrument for students under 6-7 due to fine motor skills not being as well developed. However, there is always an exception to the rule and I have taught a couple students ages 3-5. Please contact me with any questions or Sign Up For Lessons Now!

Hi! My name is Sara Adamczyk! For 20 years I have been studying both piano and violin extensively. It is this love of music that led me to begin formally teaching. I have had the privilege of teaching students as young as 3 to those as young-at-heart of 70. Whatever age I instruct, my lessons are

I can’t say enough great things about Ms Sara! We have been with her for almost 3 years. It has been amazing watching my daughter go from knowing nothing about piano to starting to try to write her own music. We started with in home lesson then moved to online, which we loved just as much! Thank you, and Sara!!!

As a former mentor of Sara's, I know she is a great teacher! She has been involved with music since she was 5, when she began playing piano. She added violin when she turned 7 and continued with both throughout her childhood and into her adult life.. She has wonderful orchestral experience as well as sacred/religious music. Because of her love for music, she is thrilled to be able to open young children’s eyes and minds to the joys found in music.

"Alethia is an excellent instructor. She taught our son Suzuki book 2 and they are now starting book 3. In my opinion she blends a perfect balance between actual playing, violin technique, and music theory. Lessons begin with both of them playing and then she has him play solo. Any issues he has are handled with positive encouragement and relatable exercises. Lessons also include a suitable amount of music theory so our son understands what he is playing and how music is written. Alethia's approach and attitude are fantastic; I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a violin instructor."

"It is a real challenge to find a right violin instructor for a beginner. My son went through few of them and I can see the difference. Nikita gives all the nutrients and sunlight to any tiny seed to grow. His violin teachers' talent can bet only his violinist' talent. He is very flexible and always ready in time. You can't even think of the better one."

"Tigran is a great teacher!

Tigran has been my violin teacher for almost 4 months. Tigran impressed me with his excellent violin skills. I always feel it's my honor to have such a high-level violinist as my teacher. The same piece of music sounds a world of difference when he plays it. Besides, he is a teacher with integrity. He doesn't choose the easy way of pleasing me with compliments, but instead he points out the source of my problems and wants me to work on them. He also taught me unique effective ways how to improve my violin skills. As a Chinese saying says: "good (Chinese) medicines taste bitter". In order to improve my violin skills, Tigran has the courage and integrity to prescribe the bitter medicine that I need rather than to give me useless placebo. Now I start to feel the joy of playing better. And there is so much more progress to look forward to with Tigran as my teacher! Tigran is the right teacher for serious students."

I went from making horrible screechy sounds to being able to play classical Bach minuets. Through a combination of my hard work and Eric's brilliant teaching, I am really loving violin."
