I’ve had the chance to learn from some of the greatest, and I am STILL learning from ‘em!
I think anyone can and should sing. Why? Simple. Singing is FUN . Singing is FREEING. You’ve got a voice- why not use it, and as often as possible? Your voice is unique and capable of soooo many cool things- just let me show you! Anxious? Shy? You're in very good hands. I have anxiety myself, and know just how to put you at ease.
I’m different than most voice teachers. I don’t make you practice. If you’re happy, I’m happy! If that means you want a lesson of all vocal exercises, cool! If you want to work on Puccini one lesson and Judas Priest the next.....niice! Why not? The more genres you try the more you’ll love music- and yes, you CAN sing as many styles as you want no matter what you’ve been told. I will never have you sing anything
you are not 100% stoked to sing- promise!
Maybe you don’t like your speaking voice and want that to be stronger for either professional or personal reasons. I do that, too. I can help you with confidence in basic conversations and accent reduction. Maybe you want singing lessons just ‘cause, and don’t ever want to sing in public because that terrifies you. I totally get it. And I say do it!
Acting? Music theory? These are also things I love to teach, especially newbies. I love helping beginner performers get confident in selecting material that shows THEM off- comic and dramatic.
Online voice lessons are my jam. These are especially convenient for those that are pressed for time or maybe a little shy or anxious.
I am the teacher for those that don’t want someone too …well….teacher-y. I want you to laugh as you learn, and love love love the results you’ll get . I understand what what it's REALLY about- expression and fun, not judgement . Vocal exploration that's 100% customized . Join me!

Molly was the absolute best and I would recommend her to everyone!! She was such a blast to work with and she gave me so many amazing tips and workouts to practice for my speaking! My coworkers noticed a big difference!

I start Berklee School of Music next Monday and I feel s much better for having start with Molly first. She has so much materials and resources that make learning a breeze. This is probably my 3rd or 4th review about her as a teacher but shes just that awesome!!!!
My interest is in developing singers to become a better version of themselves and help them reach their goals. Many of my students are singing professionally in Colorado, New York and internationally.
Background includes international and national performance credits in both opera and musical theatre. My last major gig was Carlotta in Andrew Lloyd Webber's German production of Phantom of the Opera in Hamburg, Germany for ten years. We sang eight times a week in German! All backstage activities were in English due to the truly International cast. I loved every minute of living and working in Continental Europe.
In May, I'll be singing one of the leading soprano roles with Opera Fort Collins in The Fairy Queen by Purcell. I'm hoping my costume will have a set of white wings like the Gynbourne production.
With operatic singing, it is very important to be able to sing properly, but moreover to be able to act and dance on stage. If you take lessons with me I will help you study the technical details of producing good tone with your voice, but also will help you study the text and convey the message of the music properly.
My name is Michelle and I am a Soprano. I have been singing classically for seven years. I previously studied at East Los Angeles College, where I received my AA degree in Music and at Azusa Pacific University, where I graduated with a BM in Classical Vocal Performance.
If you take lessons with me, we will go over singing technique fundamentals, IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) for singers, vocal pedagogy, and classical repertoire. Additionally, I offer lessons in music theory, ear training and sight singing, and Spanish. I am eager to begin working with you!
From the start, Michelle has been so helpful and easy to work with! She is super friendly and wants the best for you, and is quick to understand how to best work with you so that you get the most from your lessons. She has a beautiful voice and is excellent at communicating how to best adjust your own voice to sing better and stronger. She also is very flexible with schedule, which has been so helpful! Thank you for your help, Michelle!

Thank you Michelle!
Drawing from his experience as an opera singer in venues throughout out the US, including the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and Carnegie Hall, I address proper posture, vowel placement, pronunciation and interpretation.
Since 1998, I have taught students of all ages in multiple genres. Many of my alumni have gone on to become voice and music theatre majors at some of the most prestigious programs in the USA, as well as becoming professional performing and recording artists all around the world, so I have gone online so that I can reach out to my students anywhere on Earth!
Online lessons allow us to work together without having to waste time traveling to my studio, not to mention wasting money on transit, tolls, gas or parking. Additionally, it has allowed me to offer my lessons for considerably less than I did "in-person." In addition to singing lessons, I've also worked with online students on monologues, on-camera instructional videos and voiceovers.
My daughter has expressed a love for music and singing from a very early age. As a parent, I thought she had a beautiful voice and that was confirmed by a good friend of mine who recommended me to Steven. I started Olivia with Steven when she was 9 years old. Through his instruction and guidance her voice has grown tremendously. She was awarded a major role as a 5th grader in her school play and then went on to be the lead as a 6th and 7th grader. She was the youngest student in the history of the school to earn a lead role.
Olivia also auditioned for the Paper Mill Playhouse Summer Conservatory and was accepted for their August Intensive program. I have no doubt that it was Steven's teaching that helped her with her audition that gained her acceptance.
Olivia is now 12 and as a young person, needs to learn how to interpret a song so that she can perform it well. Steven takes the time to teach the MEANING of the words and explains the story that is trying to be told. This was very important for Olivia to learn.
I highly recommend working with Steven. He is a fabulous teacher with a lot of knowledge and insight.

Steve is a great teacher. Encouraging, enthusiastic and pushes you to your limits. I worked with him for several years. Have no hesitation recommending him for voice training and speech training.

Working with Steve has helped improve almost everything about my voice and performance. He challenges me in every way, including physical and emotional range, technique, language, health, etc. Steve is truly interested in encouraging students to be all-around excellent vocal musicians.

If your are looking to be the Best. Be trained by the BEST TEACHER! Frank Thomas has been my best vocal trainer for years. I couldn’t be the singer I am with out frank. I wouldn’t be in operas, solos and many musicals journeys with out his ways of training me. DON’T look anywhere else. This is the best and also he is fun!!! I remember when I first started with him. In 3 days. Yes 3 days with me working on my voice with him I heard a big dramatic operatic voice come out of me!!!! I’m telling you look no further. Trust me.
Singing is one of the most joyful activities you can do! Anyone can learn to sing. I love teaching others to sing and perform, and I've been doing so for over 20 years - through private lessons, music theater workshops, music schools and choruses. I work with students where they are at and help them to build a solid technique that works for them.
(The percentage of people who are actually tone deaf is very, very small.)
Catherine has been teaching private lessons since 1995 and is currently available to teach lessons at your home, at her studio, and online. Catherine has helped students to develop their voices, audition successfully, and perform with confidence on stage and screen.
Catherine received her education from Boston University where she received a BM degree in Vocal Performance. She was a post-graduate artist at the Boston University Opera Institute and studied in Italy with legendary tenor Carlo Bergonzi. Aside from formal education, Catherine has performed on stages including the Metropolitan Opera and Carnegie Hall in concerts, operas, and musicals. Her largest audience was 18,000 when she sang the National Anthem at an NBA game. (Go Spurs!) As an expert in her field, Catherine looks forward to helping new students achieve their

"I just had my first lesson with Michelle and Robert and I cannot wait for my next one. They provide insightful feedback, explain the importance of what t
hey are teaching you in regards to your voice and are extremely encouraging and engaging during the whole process. They both have extensive knowledge and experience and are flexible in their teaching methods to ensure that you will understand what they are asking of you.
