About Dovile
I began teaching while studying in Art Institute. My first students were 5 to 7 yr. old kids. It was very challenging, but also very rewarding. I was teaching them skills, they were teaching me patience. Later the age of my students grew, until I ended up teaching the same students I was in the same classes just 6 months ago. Again another challenge. I love challenges and even more I love helping others to overcome them.
My philosophy about teaching is that everybody can learn, it is only the way how we learn is different for different people. Another very important thing - I strive to be creative, respectful and approachable.

I have a Masters degree in Theatre History and Criticism (Theatrical Critical Theory). I have teaching experience and have been exposed to many different types of teaching styles and locales, (i.e. classroom, studio).I have a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts with a focus on acting.
I have always been an actor first, simultaneously I have believed that teacher's are born not bred. At the risk of tooting my own horn; I am both, an actor and a teacher with more than a few credentials to support those facts. Peace and Kind Regards

About Stephen
Currently looking for new students.
I teach piano, japanese, chess, go(weiqi/baduk), and meditation/self-improvement.
I am very proficient in all of the above subjects and have helped dozens of students reach their long-term goals over the years. I am also very patient and have taught children piano lessons for more than 10 years. As a learner I know how overwhelming new subject-matter could be and I tend to understand the pace that the student needs/wants to go at.
I feel a huge sense of accomplishment when I see my students improving. I also am constantly improving myself as a teacher so the lessons will only get better and the material should be easier to understand with time.
Let's master anything you want to work on, and have a lot of fun too :)
Thanks for reading!
-Stephen

Patient instructor. I'm super rusty and he was able to keep at my pace. He also made it interesting by using practical scenarios and alternating with cartoons or games. He watches anime as well so I was able to learn while talking about things I like. It helped practicing much easier.

日本語の理解が深い。四字熟語とかことわざとかもいっぱい知っているし、漢字も教えられるし、上級者でも授業を受けてもいいと思う。初心者を教えるところも見たことあって、わかりやすく説明してくれた。
I think that both advanced learners and beginners could benefit from taking one of his lessons.

When I first began my search for an acting coach I was stressed out because I knew I needed help but I didn't know how to start. Luckily I found the Director, Omar. The Director began by interviewing me to see what my goals and potential were. He then developed a specific lesson plan designed around what he called "The Fundamentals" and I progressed since then. Now after a few months of the Directors support, I know confidently that I am an Actor. I learned things about human behavior and method acting that I couldn't find in any video or online source. The Director somehow made things simple to understand and I'm glad for it. I am not done with the lessons, but since he has supported me and shared his knowledge, the least I can do is share my experience. Thank you Director!

About Juliane
I remember being very young and admiring both of my grandmothers with their crochet hooks making table runners. I always asked them for that one to be mine. I was fascinated by their ability of transforming a ball of thread or yarn in such beautiful pieces. Many, many years later I discovered that I could crochet toys: teddy bears, dolls, balls, dragons... a whole new world opened to me with the art of amigurumi!

Since then I’ve been crocheting every day and I would love to teach you something that is magical. Every single piece is full of love. Crochet for me is not my job but simple moments of pleasure, relaxation and an opportunity of feeling at my best. You can fell the same, be proud of your creations while we have a lot of fun! Classes will be full of colors, happiness and some cookies I always bring with me! Let’s do it?
