How to move around like a hungry for space dancer. My teachers used to tell me to Eat Up Space. We will learn how to make our own dances. Vocabulary and Improv, Dynamic, Structure and Form. Finding what it means to write a story or poem with your body's movement, the space it is inhabiting and of course, idea.

I am a certified instructor of the Royal Academy of Dance in London, England. I have been a ballet instructor for over 20 years and I am the Artistic Director of the Shreveport Metropolitan Ballet.

I teach how to have the correct form and break down the move piece by piece, in order for it to be understood as well as open up the creativity in your mind to make more moves of your own, I as well teach my philosophy on breaking, give exercises as well as encouragement.

Introducing you to The Etheric Dance! It is a dance of healing. This dance form has been invented through the study of Energy Psychology and Energy Healing.

You will learn beginner movements inspired by yoga and modern dance techniques. We can use this as movement therapy as well. I want you to feel and love your bodies at the end of it.
