I love helping students discover their individual vocal potential through developing healthy vocal technique. I excel at assisting in developing proper breathing technique, extending range, and exploring tone quality.

Opera has long been a passion of mine. I have performed in opera professionally for the past 12 years and I continue to perform to this and I enjoy sharing the skills that I have learned in my profession with those who are wanting to learn.
About Timothy
Timothy, tenor, hails from San Antonio, Texas. Most recently, he was praised by the Houston Chronicle for his depiction of Nadir in Les Pêcheurs de Perles at Opera in the Heights. Soon after that he was engaged to sing for the San Antonio Opera as Ralph Rackstraw in H.M.S Pinafore. In the fall of 2

I am an experienced composer and performer so I was looking for someone who would focus in on the technical aspects of singing, with an emphasis on proper breathing, and could help me expand the possibilities of my voice and Timothy gave me all the answers and more. Any issue I had, he had a way to explain it that instantly clicked and he was always probing my experience and asking good questions to make sure I was grasping the concepts so I'd be able to practice effectively on my own.
I've had a lot of lessons with a lot of different teachers privately and through university and I am not being hyperbolic when I say that Timothy is one of the best, most insightful, generous teachers that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I hope I have the opportunity to work with him again one day and continue my journey with my voice, which is a markedly better joinery thanks to Timothy.

I can attest to Amy’s approach in the voice studio on a more personal level as I am now one of her private students. The variety of approaches to technique and musicality, and the means in which she communicates them is endless. She understands the balance of knowing where you are in your study of voice while pushing you over hurdles to reach the next goal. It has been nothing but a rewarding and positive experience that has given me the confidence I had been seeking. And I now personally understand why her students have such a high level of preparedness.

Over the past 12 years, we've given over 3,000,000 lessons to happy customers around the world.

Now with Asuka he feels most comfortable and feels he learns more per lesson with Asuka. More progress with all aspects of voice. She helps prepare for auditions with Broadway vocals and advance on the more serious and challenging Opera selections.
So the actual lessons are great and Asuka is also a charm; engaging and personable. As the parent I very much like she remains a professional singer as her career.
So we are staying with Asuka through the breaks and may even extend into piano lessons as well.
I would recommend Asuka without hesitation."

Stacey is a very talented teacher with a great knowledge of repertoire, languages and musicality. She is a fine teacher for any student who is serious about improving their vocal technique and musical skills. Stacey also understands the world of singing at the college level and beyond. She is prepared to help a student succeed and successfully prepare themselves for the demands of college auditions or a professional career."

Jordan is an amazing teacher. I have never worked with someone so patient. When we began working together it took me the entire hour before I could understand each new idea of her technique. She would never grow angry or frustrated with me.
Before I began taking lessons from Jordan I had terrible habits and my voice was never consistent. Some days I sounded decent and others I could barely phonate. Because of Jordan I can go into an audition or performance and successfully sing even thought I am shaking with nerves She has taught me a technique that always works whether it's that time of the month or I am especially tired. Jordan has opened up my voice to what it should be and has taught me how to tap into my resonance to create a larger, more natural sound that allows me to be heard over a piano and or small orchestra. I highly recommend Jordan as a teacher. It only takes one hour to hear improvement."

So blessed and honored to find Lori Ann and to be working with you!!!"

Amber is the best voice teacher I have ever had. I needed help quickly to prepare an audition piece for a University I was applying to out of state. I was under a real deadline and I had heard about Amber from one of her other students. We began to work on the piece and it was obvious I needed help with some of my techniques. Even though Amber was fitting me between other scheduled lessons, she found another time the next day and we worked on technique and over the next few days finished the audition piece. It was incredible and even the voice faculty commented on my song, and they were really impressed."

Since I began studying with her last summer, she has helped me find a physical and mental equilibrium that I previously thought was unattainable. In addition, I have gained an invaluable and specific practical understanding of my personal challenges and strengths as a direct result of the unique and deeply insightful ways in which she handles any problem I bring to her. In a few short months my life and outlook has changed tremendously. I had the courage to audition for and consequently booked my first professional gig since my injury, began the process of planning a production of an original composition and have been encouraged by my teacher to seriously consider singing for both national and international auditions next year. If there is a "Vocal Whisperer" Fawn is it.
To be truly understood as a performing artist (and one dealing with a vocal injury while attempting a career, is a rare and amazing experience. Not only is she amazingly well versed in several nutritional, spiritual and physical disciplines but her unique ability to adjust them into a specialized program for your specific situation and personality type make the service she offers invaluable and like nothing else I've ever experienced. Not only is she deeply empathic, compassionate, giving and sympathetic but she is also refreshingly disciplined in her ability to organize you and get to the heart of the matter. She tailors your lessons in a way that makes them easily accessible and memorable. She has the rare ability to inspire you. She never makes you feel judged, she never 'shames' you into compliance (like my other coaches did), but instead Fawn encourages and wins you over with a warm and comforting sense of humor and grace.
I am deeply grateful to have had and continue to have the opportunity to work with such an original, remarkable and talented individual. I can't recommend her highly enough and personally consider my lessons an essential part of a professional vocal career for anyone who wants to sing correctly and safely (and) stay safe, healthy, happy and sane."

It is always exciting when a vocal student is ready to start studying his or her first operatic aria! One of the best things about being a classical singer is knowing you have so many great years ahead of you. After all, you’re considered in your prime in your 40s. That being said, realize that the voice you have now and the repertoire you’ll first study will be very, very different from what you sing later on in your career. It’s absolutely crucial that you sing repertoire that is …
