If English is not your first language, or if you have a regional accent that you feel is keeping you from reaching your goals, then Accent Reduction coaching may be for you.
I can help you to soften your accent to blend in to your community of choice more easily by providing exercises, practice techniques, and memory mnemonics that will help you find the voice you want to use.

Voice lessons are tough. This isn't like a golf swing where someone can show you physically what to do or reach out and position your elbows where they need to be.
This all has to be articulated by a teacher, and is has to be articulated to someone (YOU) who doesn't even know what parts you're trying to move around.
It takes a great teacher. Eulis is a GREAT teacher. He gave me physical descriptions, character descriptions, accent descriptions, … everything I needed to position everything where it needed to be, even when I didn't always know where it was.
A lot of progress and a lot of fun. Thank you, Eulis.

Alina, in addition to being a great teacher, is also a very warm and considerate person. She won't make you feel pressured or uncomfortable if you aren't perfectly prepared for your lesson. She's also been very conscientious about sending materials, being on time for our lessons, and making sure that I understood all of the lesson material, even if it means going a little over the designated hour. I highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about learning Mandarin."

Lee Youngju taught at Jochiwon Daedong Elementary School for four years as a homeroom teacher and an English specialist. She was very dedicated and devoted to her many teachings and administrative duties as well as to her students. I have observed that Teacher Lee is a responsible and passionate teacher who has broad experience and knowledge; however, notwithstanding these qualifications, she has an open mind and observes the rules of social etiquette. I recommend Ms. Lee in the confidence that she will be a superior teacher in your school. I know that she will bring her exceptional creativity and organization to any school she teaches in.

There are lots of great ways to teach yourself Japanese through interactive, fun games. While it’s best to learn to speak conversational Japanese with one-on-one tutoring, you can start learning basic words and phrases with video-based games and puzzles. It will take time and dedication (plus a really great teacher) to learn the Japanese language, but you can have fun playing Japanese learning games to get started. Video game designers have created several versions of Japanese learni …
