If I could earn a living doing what I most love, I would continue my work with autistic children. I have found great fulfillment in working with children on the spectrum and helping them learn life skills to function in society as an adult. By helping children on the spectrum I am not only changing one life, but also every life that person will encounter. The skills that they develop through Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, helps them by teaching them ways to communicate with people that they interact with, in-turn allowing them a more successful future. The goals that have been set to make this dream a reality have already been set in motion. First, I needed to start my path to earning my degree in Human Services, which I am currently in the process of now at the University of Phoenix. Then I needed to find a job helping children on the spectrum, which I have accomplished at Lund Van Dyke Inc. Now I need to complete my Bachelors Program, and after that, become an Intern for a Senior Position. The dream does not stop there, however. I plan on continuing my education and acquiring a PsyD and opening my own ABA Therapy clinic.
