What I love most, and how I want to change the world, cannot be defined by a single job. Instead it is an attitude, a state of mind defying convention that allows you to go about life in a positive manner, affecting the lives of those around you. It is easy to go to your job, do your work, and collect your money. But that sort of selfishness benefits nobody, not even yourself, because time and time again life shows that money can’t buy happiness. Instead, go to your job with a passion to do your best work, aim the benefits of your work to help others, and return home looking to use your earnings not to satisfy your selfish wants, but to help the community.
Through my 19 years I have noticed that our generation has been told to chase money and to appease expectations. But neither of those guidelines to life will lead you to a life you love, or a life that makes a difference. The real way to change the world is to be yourself, which automatically spreads happiness to the people around you. Because as long as you are doing what you want, and only living for the expectations you have of yourself, you are already doing good in this world. That is how I plan to change the world. What I love most is encouraging people to ignore what they hear, and follow their own intuition to a life they dream of.
