When I first began college, I started out as a vocal music education and performance major. Singing has always been my passion, and I hoped to inspire people through my singing. I later came to realize that I was taking the fun out of something I loved, but I still felt influenced to teach students somehow. I’ve always felt like I could make a difference teaching others. I learned that I could earn a living doing what I love most, and what I’m actually good at teaching. I decided I want to teach math. I love teaching math to others, and I would love to earn a living teaching math to students. I have already started the process to make this my goal. I could change the world through teaching the students of tomorrow. I can make the next generation passionate about learning and succeeding in education and how to relate that to their lives.
