It was my awareness of financial struggles and unfulfilling careers for my parents that inspired me to strive for financial independence and a career based on passion and determination. I am currently enrolled at Albion College, and will be starting my senior year this fall. I will graduate with a degree in psychology, and go on to receive my master’s degree.
I have owned many different animals since the time I was born, and I can confidently say that I will never be without an animal friend for the rest of my life. Psychology is very important when it comes to understanding and relating to animals, and animals are also very important to the field of psychology. I am excited that animals will always be a part of my life, even throughout my schooling. I am hoping that my degree in psychology and my deep love for animals will help me accomplish one of my biggest dreams in life, which is to own and operate an equestrian facility for therapeutic experiences, both for people and the horses. My goal is to combine the subject that I love with a career that will benefit both animals and people.
