Math suck! I get it. But like a coin, there's another side to it. It can be fun or at least tolerable. I'll teach you not to overthink it and just do math. It's simple, really. All my students, from ages 8 to 20 all end up saying, "Oh, that wasn't so hard!"
I like to + some fun and humor in my tutor sessions so it should be more tolerable for you. Also, it makes it stick longer!

I believe in the extraordinary power of music to communicate, to inspire and, often, to heal. That belief underlies all my work. I adore country music, especially classic country. My greatest strength as a teacher is my sensitive and expert touch with students of all ages and personality types. The fundamentals of vocal technique underlie all my teaching, but the individual approach is tailored to each student, whatever his or her age or experience.
My goal is to help you find the power to express through singing your unique self. It doesn't matter whether your voice is professional quality or whether it's even "good" in the conventional sense. It's YOUR voice. It has its own sound and characteristics, its own particular beauty, and the world needs to hear you!
I have advanced training and expertise in musical study and vocal pedagogy, but the most important qualities I offer as a teacher are the simple human ones: understanding, patience, imagination, kindness, enthusiasm, ...

When you're practicing the drums and learning new rhythms, one of the best ways to perfect your skills is to have something to copy and imitate. Playing along with your favorite songs is a great idea, but you need to make sure you're practicing the right way. All of that fun could go to waste if you're not targeting the proper patterns! Selecting Your Songs When your drum teacher gives you new rhythms to practice, ask him or her which songs might have some examples of these rhythms. This is …

Some guitarists have a lot of excuses when it comes to learning music theory. Guitar teacher Zachary A. shatters these excuses, busts a few myths, and shares why music theory is so important for guitarists after all... Music theory is a vast, almost unending, amount of knowledge. Many of music's greats studied and had schooling for decades.
