I want to explore what you vocal range can do but also your power and what you seek within the moments and words. I have many great tips and tricks to get you inside the room, rock an audition, or just simply figure out pieces to get you prepared and trained. I have ways to open the potential so there's less constriction and stress within your voice as well.
Even if you just want second opinions, I'm always completely open and honest, constructive to every minute. We can work on warmups and a couple pieces, or come as ready vocally warmed up and we work on pieces the entire time. OR I answer questions you might have about the unknown or what you're looking to aim towards.

Singing has been a wild and incredibly fun journey for me. Back in high school I was convinced I would end up a Rap/R&B singer. Jump ahead 17 years, and I now sing opera professionally with companies from Wisconsin down the Great Plains, all the way over to Florida and up the East Coast! In between, I've had the opportunity to work with musical theater companies across the Midwest, and sit in with a few jazz groups along the way! With over a decade of professional performance, I have gained real world insight into how to approach singing in such a way that my voice is healthy with 10 to 15 shows a week!
I hold a Bachelor degree in Voice, Theatre, and Dance from Northern Illinois University and a specialized Master Degree in Opera Vocal Performance from Louisiana State University.
During my education, I had the very rare opportunity to study acting at the Moscow Art Theatre School in Moscow, Russia, where I gained valuable insight into how to really add dramatic nuance to any piece my

Fawn is a warrior for justice. She rights all the wrongs of other teachers bad coaching. She turned my sons bad piano habits around in just 2 lessons! My daughter's bad vocal habits changed after the first lesson! I have never seen anything like it. We are grateful to have found her. I now have confidence that my children are in the best hands possible. I love the energy she puts into her recitals and the enormous student base she has is an affirmation that she is doing great things in California!
Robert has been reliable and patient with our 12 year old. I asked her opinion for this review and she said, "He shows me exactly what to do and makes it fun. I wish he taught my language arts class.""
