Learn good breath control and resonance to strengthen your speaking voice using vocal warm-ups, posture and speaking exercises.
We will look at your speaking voice in terms of pitch, timbre, volume, pacing, register and prosody. Using a talk that you are practicing, readings or improvising real life situations, you will have lots of practice.
I recommend adults take from 45 minutes to 1 hour lessons weekly for skill building. The price of lessons DECREASES by 10% after each 5 lesson purchased for the first 15 lessons.

My daughter has learned so much with Julia in the past few weeks. It's been a true pleasure to witness the progress. They have worked on sight reading, tone, physical posture, and many other aspects of singing and sound production. Julia is a very caring and supportive instructor. She is full of enthusiasm and humor, and this shows in her choice of singing materials. We look forward to having more lessons with her!

Online one lesson in so far, but Julia seems to be a very talented and patient instructor for children.

Lessons tend to be project-oriented and in this format we will work on various elements including orchestration, music syncing, narrative interpretation, etc. Primary text: On the Track by Karlin & Wright. Lessons are a minimum of 60 minutes once per week. Students should come to the first lesson prepared to discuss their background & goals and the plan of their course of study as well as bring samples (printed and recorded if possible) of their work.

Carolyn German has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She's a great combination of friendly, yet professional, and brings many years of varied experience to her craft into the teaching experience. She's very easy to work with, I never felt self-conscious about any of what I consider to be my flaws, and she has truly helped me to develop more well-rounded characters, as well as some very much needed self-confidence.

I am an experienced, educated, professional musician with a strong background in arrangement and composition. I have written songs for numerous rock bands, worship groups, and for my personal projects. I graduated Magna-Cum Laude from UTA with a bachelors degree in Music-Media where I excelled in composition. I am currently interning with the great film/commercial composer Brad Nyght at The Bakery Studio in Dallas, and I have scored 2 films to date, one of which was nominated at The Attic Film Festival for "Best Original Score".

About Jordan

13 years ago, I picked up a guitar and began my life-long pursuit of music. This pursuit has led me in a wide variety of directions. Today, I am a worship leader for Fellowship of The Parks, an on-staff music-producer and session musician at Drive35 Productions, and a passionate instructor. I h

Jordan is a nice guy, my son enjoys the lessons. So far seems like a good experience.

After many years of contemplating learning an instrument and making excuses like a busy schedule, I finally made the commitment. I started the first few weeks with online videos and made a little progress. I found Jordan through this sight. I was hoping to find someone who would help guide me on a steady path to improvement and growth. Jordan has been a perfect fit for me. He's patient (I'm not). He is encouraging (I'm pretty hard on myself). I am slowly getting better and wanting to stick with it. I think it's because he's clear and methodical in his teaching and he keeps you enthused with music that you like. While I have a long way to go, I practice every day and look forward to my weekly lessons with Jordan. I'm learning the guitar for my self and over the past three month Jordan has helped me stay engaged and excited about playing the guitar. I highly recommend Jordan and will continue to learn from him.

"I took dance lessons from Gigi with a focus on self expression and working through issues that I was holding onto on any particular day. I am 60+ years old and never danced before. Where my typical perspective of myself standing in front of a mirror is not positive, I somehow was transformed into seeing beauty. Gigi is a beautiful person, very patient , non judging. Her goal was for me to meet my goal, even when it changed from week to week. Sometimes we worked on dance technique, other times using movement to work through feelings. I loved it."
