Acting with Dax L.

Hello future student! I'm Dax and I can’t wait to meet you and embark on this journey together! I’ve studied acting of all kinds with a wide array of different acting coaches for over 20 years. I started acting when I was around 7! In our lessons, my approach will be kind, down to earth, and non-judgemental. But, I will make sure to give constructive criticism because without it, you cannot improve. I have taught a lot of different students of all ages and backgrounds for 5 years with most becoming returning students for months and even years! And if you could ask the ones who have been working with me for a few months or more, they would tell you they are finally confident in their acting ability! In my opinion, the main things an actor needs to do to stand out in an audition is be unpredictable and believable. I am super excited that you came to my profile and I hope to be your new coach! Side note: If you need both industry and acting advice, we can go back and forth. For example: one lesson industry, next weeks lesson acting, then back to industry, and so on. It is all up to you!
