Hello! I am a professional working drummer with over 20 years of performing and teaching experience. My current band, Eight To The Bar, has been the winner of Best Band Connecticut for the past 5 years straight. We perform internationally in many venues, including festivals, casinos, and concert halls. The repertoire is diverse and challenging, drawing on the traditions of R&B, Swing and Motown.

When I was ten years old I heard Led Zeppelin I for the first time and knew instantly that I wanted to be a musician. I went on to pick up the guitar and drums and have yet to put them down. Through many different platforms (bands, jazz ensembles, University, radio, solo play, teaching) I have always found a way to make music part of my everyday life. Since my senior year of high school I have taught folks of all ages and helped them achieve their unique and individual goals. With a relevant, relationship-based curriculum, I wish to help you fulfill your ambition and learn how to have the most fun you've ever had.

Hello! My name is Bill and I have been immersed in music my entire life and have had the opportunity to remain a full time performer/teacher for the last 15 years. I have performed and recorded with various artists throughout the entire U.S. and Canada and continue to keep an active schedule both as a performer and as a private instructor.
As an instructor, I look at each student as an individual, with a unique set of goals, and design a lesson plan that is both fun and informative in achieving these goals. Most importantly, I want to have my students playing music! Regardless of their style or musical tastes, I seek to provide each student with a path that will allow them to participate in the music that they love.

While at the New England Conservatory, Vivek studied with both classical and jazz instructors, including former principal trumpet of the BSO, Charlie Schlueter, legendary jazz saxophonist Jerry Bergonzi, and master drummer Bob "Rakalam" Moses. This education prepared Vivek for several professional engagements, including recording and performing with 10-time GRAMMY winner Paquito D'Rivera, the DAX Bullfighting Festival (France), the International New Year's Festival (Taiwan), backing American Idol finalist John Stevens with the Beantown Swing Orchestra, performing at the International Trademark Convention, performing at the Caribbean Jazz Festival, entertaining the heads of Kodak Corporation, and many more.

Currently, Vivek is developing a curriculum demonstrating how to create quality recordings with free software and inexpensive recording equipment (e.g. Garageband, usb mics).

If you are a seasoned performer, I will guide you in developing agility, musicality, range, dynamics, and phrase shape. If you are a first-time vocal student, I will provide an engaging, supportive environment to find your voice.

My instruction is based on professionalism, experience and range from more than 25 years of singing and 10 years of teaching. I have advanced education in vocal performance and am an AmSAT certified teacher of the Alexander Technique, which allow me to integrate the intellectual and physical aspects of singing. I use my energy, attentiveness and creativity to tailor lessons towards each student's unique needs.
I base my vocal technique on the Italianate tradition of operatic "bel canto," but also incorporate broad experience in musical theater, jazz, and early to contemporary classical music.

She has been teaching for 6+ years, her students include children and adults of all levels. Sonia is an enthusiastic and patient teacher who values the relationship between teacher and student. I am a singer/songwriter/keyboardist who has 2 albums out, appeared on Comedy Central, MTV, on ABC National Television, and "The Jimmy Kimmel Live Show." I was on National Public Radio(NPR), on the BBC in London, England and my song "In Canada", which is covered by another music group "The Suspects" is featured in a film, "Montana Amazon" starring Haley Joel Osmond, Alison Brie and Olympia Dukakis.

I was born in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia. Since I started playing violin at the age of 6, my journey in the world of music brought me to different places and I had the chance to study with wonderful teachers. I have a Master Degree in Violin Performance form Boston University, where I studied with Professor Yuri Mazurkevich. I am currently actively performing as an orchestra member with various orchestras in New England, such as Nashua Symphony Orchestra, Atlantic Symphony Orchestra, New Bedford Symphony Orchestra.
