I have taught privately for over 25 years in the San Fernando Valley, along with Pasadena and Simi Valley areas. During college I performed in several operas including The Magic Flute and Hansel and Gretel with the Burbank Symphony Orchestra. After college, I was a member of Musical Americans, a select touring group from Southern California under the direction of K. Gene Simmonds that toured South America and Japan. I also served as a minister of music at a local church for several years.

My name is Ray - I'm 26 years old, born in Queens NY. I studied classical music for many years as a youngster at Aaron Copeland School of Music college preparatory program. Here I was also introduced to Jazz, and around the same time began experimenting with synthesizers. I went on to study Electronic Production & Design at Berklee College of Music in Boston, and quickly became a very sought after studio musician and performer.

Ted has played clarinet for 8 years and has taught for 2 years. Lessons are centered around student's needs and interests (i.e. sight reading, honor band auditions, jazz improvisation) as well as developing good technique, tone, time feel, and reading ability. Students can expect a personalized weekly lesson schedule which is designed to give them the tools to succeed in the music they choose to explore.
