Ryan started his music with piano lessons at age four while lending his vocal talents in the recording booth for his musician/writer/ arranger father, Rick. Ryan was playing in piano recitals by age six, segued from keyboards to drums at age 14, and was subsequently accepted into the University of California, Santa Barbara percussion program after high school.

While an undergraduate at UCSB, Ryan spent three years as the principal timpanist for the UCSB Symphony and five years as timpanist with the UCSB Wind Ensemble. Concurrently over the same five year period, he performed with a diversity of UCSB ensembles, Orchestra and Jazz combos, work with the College of Creative Studies department (CCS), and a variety of recording and recital work in and outside the university. Teaching and making music is my greatest passion. Coming from a family of musicians, music was an inevitable part of my life. I began my training at the age of seven. Growing up, I performed with several youth orchestras, was concertmaster of my school orchestras, was a featured soloist on several occasions, and was the recipient of many prizes and awards from various music competitions. I had the privilege of studying with some incredible teachers, who inspired me to make teaching and performing my profession. I received my undergrad in Violin Performance from Cal State Northridge (CSUN) in 2007. I also hold a music teaching credential from CSUN. I have taught private music lessons for over 6 years. I have been involved in music for over 12 years. I joined my first band playing bass at the age of 13, soon moving into my high school marching band, orchestra, and jazz band. I attended both Los Angeles Valley College studying music as well as California State University Northridge obtaining a degree in Film/Television composition. I have experience writing both songs and scores for documentaries, short films, and animations. After High School, I attended Musical College in city of Novorossiysk and continue my education in Krasnoyarsk School of Arts pursuing Bachelor Degree in music. I believe that everyone can sing, it is just a matter of learning how to use your unique instrument. From a very young age I was sharing my love of the arts with others as a performer. I grew up with an immense appreciation for all forms of art and found music to be the ideal way to express myself. My extensive education and performance experience has allowed me to cultivate my skills and knowledge so that I can best support each student on their own unique journey of cultivating their authentic singing voice. As a teacher I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to support students by providing the positive and supportive guidance and experiences they need in order to cultivate their own musical gifts.

Music has always been my true passion. When I was five, I started playing piano using my attuned hearing. Improvising music and utilizing a great number of its variations gave me a great deal of pleasure and became my second nature. When teaching my students, I strive to have them inherit my skills and passion for this wonderful form of art.
Music is a lifetime source of enjoyment and one of the means of developing many important skills such as self-discipline, concentration, imagination, creativity and self- confidence. That's what I have experienced from my childhood through adult.

I started piano at age 4, and continued study for decades under top talent such as University of Arizona graduate Lynn Moser; Eastman School of Music graduate Randall Fusco; and Claremont graduate Andrea Anderson, PhD. I perform solo and in bands and keep up to date on techniques and the music industry through seminars, showcases and conferences.
