Have you been Swing Dancing before? You GOTTA try it out! It's entertaining, interactive, and great exercise. Three main forms of swing include the East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, and the Lindy Hop. Lindy Hop was the original swing dance and includes steps from both 6 and 8 counts. East Coast Swing Dance is also referred to as the Jitterbug and has an easy to follow footwork pattern and is a good beginner dance. West Coast Swing Dancing has more spins left and right and danced with jazz, rock, and blues. A good instructor will be able to further explain the difference to you and also teach you how to do swing dancing lifts and throws, and all the standard swing dance steps and moves. Check back here often as we will soon be offering online swing dancing lessons.

I was just wondering if you taught kids and how long you have. I really would like to start a ballroom dancing class and i really dont know which ones, and i would also like to know where i could take lessons if i decided to.
Me and My friend wanted to stop by tomorrow night for the swing dancing class, but I cant find your location. Please help so we can come check it out.
