Hi! I’m Alison. I developed a passion for the arts while growing up, leading me on a career path as a professional performing and teaching artist. I've performed in NYC, LA and San Diego as a musician, vocalist, dancer, choreographer and actress.

I’m also a recording artist, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist on voice, ukulele and piano. My debut album
features a combination of my original songs along with several jazz standards.

My teaching career began in 1999 when started my own program as an independent teaching artist/director throughout San Diego. I also ran a non-profit arts organization for over 7 years while serving as it’s artistic and executive director. As a music instructor, I teach voice, piano and ukulele. As a performing arts teacher; ballet, jazz, tap, musical theatre, modern, and acting.

From Oklahoma, comes the talented and charming, Taylin. With her powerful vocals, unique looks, amazing stage presence, and music to capture and entertain audiences of all ages, Taylin truly is the complete package. Singing in front of audiences by the age of 11, touring by the age of 18, Taylin’s journey landed her in Dallas, TX, where she pursued opportunities as a professional singer, actress and dancer. Taylin has toured with bands such as Vince Vance & The Valiant’s, who currently have a number 1 hit, "All I Want For Christmas Is You". As well, Taylin has toured around the world, with several National Acts, and for the USO in Ecuador, Cuba, and the Bahamas. From Dallas, Taylin moved to Nashville, TN, where she was quickly snatched up by Gaylord Entertainment, (Sony Records),and offered a major label record contract. Hi! I'm Adina S. I am very excited to help you achieve your singing goals, whether they be big or small! My main objective as your teacher is to help you find your personal singing voice, and use it to your greatest potential.

I have a good mixture of formal education and work experience. This makes it easy for me to pass on the healthy techniques and also be current on what to expect in an audition or creating a successful performance. I attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy with focus on Musical Theatre. I also studied at Glendale College and performed in their choir and jazz ensemble. I have received 10 years of private voice instruction with many wonderful teachers hailing from USIU, UCLA, and Pepperdine University. I have been a professional singer and musical theatre performer for 14 years, and have performed all over southern california. I offer a fun, interactive teaching style that encompasses more than 20 years of performing and 15 years of teaching experience. As a performer I have worked as a professional singer, actor, musician, and dancer. I have always had a passion for teaching, directing, and composing. While my love for performing has lessened over the years, I have found my true calling: teaching, directing, and helping others to find their passion for music and the performing arts.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a special emphasis in music, theatre, dance, and psychology. I am a graduate candidate working on completing my thesis as my final requirement for a Masters of Arts degree in Music at San Diego State University.
