My passion for music is the most pervasive quality of my personality. Consequently, passing that passion on to others is what brings me the most joy in life. My goal is to spread the love and appreciation for this unique and transcending art form through guidance, performance, and instruction. As my student, you will receive exactly what you (or your child) want out of the lessons-you are the one controlling what you want from them (be it any style of music, professional track or just for fun, music theory, and performance) and I am there to provide it. Music is nothing short of extremely fun and completely liberating.

I have always loved to sing and play guitar and piano starting from a young age, and I never gave up my determination and passion for performing. In middle and high school I did many musicals (Jekyll and Hyde, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Oliver, Miss Saigon, Little Shop of Horrors, Footloose, Kiss Me Kate, and Cats) and sang in the choir...

I began singing at age 7 and have since developed interests in studying pop, rock, jazz, opera, acting, and musical theater. I have played leading roles in several operas and musicals in Southern California and I continue to perform and study music. I recently graduated from the University of Redlands- which I attended on a music scholarship- with my Bachelor's degree in Music. I have also done several concerts, opera scenes, competitions (winning music scholarships and theater awards), and worked as a singer at churches, restaurants, and performing bands. With this experience under my belt I feel a duty to pass on my knowledge to students. I carry a passion to help people develop their abilities and make them their own. I truly believe that if someone wants something out of life then they WILL achieve it with dedication, perseverance, confidence, and by having FUN doing it!

With many years of experience in both piano and vocal performance in Los Angeles and in England and my teaching in the Inland Empire, my students experience a rich and rewarding time of learning.

I received my formal education in piano performance from the Royal Academy Of Music in London and in Rhodesia. I also attended the Kwanagoma College Of music in Rhodesia and studied organ under the famous Dr. Olaff Axelson of Germany.

I also attended the University Of Redlands where I studied piano pedagogy.

I studied voice with Suzann Luckather of the Alhambra Academy Of Music in Los Angeles and also with Maestra Marya Basaraba, director of the California Philharmonic 200 voice chorus.

I further studied with the international vocal coach and concert pianist, Armin Gazulamian.

My current vocal coach is the world famous tenor, Guiltiero Negrini of the Metropolitan Opera House New York.

Jonathan is a grateful, fun and energetic voice teacher! Having been a performer in venues all over Southern California starting with Performance Riverside reaching to the prestigious Musical Theater West in Long Beach, Jonathan has a passion for teaching young performers as well. Jonathan enjoys being a teacher around the Inland Empire having taught at Valencia Elementary School grades 1-6, Broadway Experience ages 10-18 and Fontana High School grades 9-12. Currently enrolled as a full time student, Jonathan too enjoys taking voice lessons regularly because “practice makes perfect!”

I started singing professionally at the age of fourteen. I have had leading roles in semi-professional theatre productions since I was seventeen. I have also been assistant director, musical director, choreographer, costumer and writer for many productions from West Side Story to My Fair Lady to Camelot. In the theatre I have worked with and trained children and adults of all ages. I have also conducted summer camps that were theatre workshops for children. I am a school teacher and I teach music and drama to children from Kindergarten to 12th grade. I have been giving voice lessons for more than twenty years. I tailor my programs based on the needs of my students. I am passionate about music and I love being able to share that with other individuals who are passionate about music. I have been teaching voice for over 5 years, working with students from age 10 and up. I have taken many music and voice classes including jazz choir and music theory. I specialize in musical theater voice, acting, and a capella singing. I am a working performer in the areas of acting, singing, improv, and conducting. Some of my professional experience includes Westminster Barbershop Choir and stand up comedy with performers such as Daniel Tosh. I love giving my students the tools to reach their personal goals and grow in their talents.

Nicole has been singing her entire life, and began training in high school in
1990. In 1997, she graduated from "Citrus Singers" at Citrus College,
where she received extensive training in vocal technique in a variety of
styles, from opera to pop, and Broadway to jazz. She is educated in
music theory and history, stage presence, dance, drama, etc. She has performed professionally in numerous musical
theater productions all over Southern California and beyond. She also
has lots of experience singing with live bands, and Christmas caroling
in various venues including Disneyland. All in all, she has over 18 years of vocal performance experience and seven years of teaching experience. Nicole has a lot to share with students who are serious about singing professionally, or students who just want to sing for fun!

My name is Alice B. I've been playing piano for a total of 20 years and have been singing since before I can remember! I was Classically trained in piano from the age of six to eighteen and had the privilege to compete in various regional competitions throughout Southern California and perform in a number of recitals during that time. I studied voice for 3 years from the age of seventeen to twenty-one in both Classical and Contemporary/Jazz music. I’ve always had a love for music. When I was 8 years old, I taught myself how to read music before my first piano lesson because I was so excited to learn. I continued taking piano lessons throughout my school days and became involved in choir in high school.
