I have been blessed to make my living in the arts for many years. As a professional actress, musical director, producer and vocalist, I have seen how the Broadway and concert community work first-hand. I have been teaching voice and piano privately in NYC for over 20 years, with a number of clients currently on Broadway and in National tours (Jersey Boys, Lion King, Spamalot, etc.). I’ve toured as a pop recording artist and as a classical concert soloist throughout Europe, I’ve coached students from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts and Yale’s Summer Program, taught Singing for Musical Theatre at NYC’s Circle in the Square, and directed many high level summer programs for students age 6-18 and beyond.

I began taking both voice and piano lessons at the age of 11, after years of sitting outside my older sisters’ clarinet lessons and wishing to study music, myself. I fell in love with music at my very first lesson, and knew that it was what I would do with my life. While still in high school, I began teaching, spending my summers teaching music at a children's arts camp. I went on to attend New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, where I received my Bachelor of Music in vocal performance. I have experience teaching piano to students ranging from 4-year-old beginners to experienced adults, and my voice students have ranged from novices to conservatory-bound high-school seniors. I currently live in Roslindale, MA, and am available to teach both in my home studio and in students' homes in the Roslindale/Jamaica Plain/West Roxbury area.

Being "classically trained" does not make you a more legit singer. Having taken both classical and contemporary studies, I've gained an awareness of how diverse of a singer I can be with both!
I attended the Boston Arts Academy High School and Berklee College of Music in Boston MA and in my short 15 years of singing, I've been able to able to navigate through many genres of music simply because of the technique acquired, not because of the style of music I chose to sing.

Thomas M. earned a B.M. in Vocal Performance from Furman University and a M.M. in Vocal Pedagogy from the Boston Conservatory, where he studied voice with Sara Goldstein and vocal pedagogy with Kevin Wilson, and he taught both classical and contemporary voice lessons at the Boston Conservatory Vocal Academy. While attending Furman, he studied voice with Bruce Schoonmaker and Trudy Fuller, and he studied vocal pedagogy with Bill Thomas, participating in master classes with Sergei Leiferkus and Betsy Bishop. An avid equestrienne and animal lover she began teaching horseback riding professionally and entered the Harvard Extension Health Careers Program with the intention of pursing a career in veterinary medicine. However singing proved too powerful a calling and she is thrilled to be making music again.

I have been teaching voice privately for six years. I have trained with many talented vocal coaches across the country and have had the pleasure of performing a range of genres, from opera to pop!

I have directed several musicals through organizations such as Sprindrift School of the Performing Arts and Champions USA. I have worked with people of all ages and assisted them in mastering songs, preparing for shows and auditions and have guided them through the process of repairing their voice.

I've been lucky enough to have the opportunity to work around the world as a professional singer. My recent performances have included the role of Morales in the opera Carmen, concerts and TV appearances with the award-winning folk music group Voice of the Turtle, as well as numerous recitals. Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, Brandons first musical experiences were on a child size drum set given to him on his 6th Christmas.Then i started learning some of the basic fundamentals of drumming from playing in church.Like funk, and reggae an blues. Brandon finally took music seriously in MiddleSchool and began taking lessons from Dustin Haner, a member of the very first graduating class of the USC Thornton Music and Peter Eriskin now a teacher at the Thornton School. After studying under these talented individuals, Brandon went on to pursue his education in music where he graduated from Cal State Fullerton University in 2008 with a degree in Music. After college, Brandon began work as a freelance musician and percussion teacher, teaching hundreds of students in the Long Beach and La, CA area. In July 2008 he relocated to Boston, MA, where he attend school, teaches, freelances, and plays drums and percussion in local/national funk/jazz/rock/reggae groups.
