    My Intro to Dance Class Includes Almost Any Classical Dance Form of Your Choice!

    I began learning dance at six years old and teaching dance at 16 years old. I performed professionally for many years throughout the country with dance companies, shows, tours, local television and live performances. My dance lessons can include the basics of any form of dance you choose or a little bit of them all to keep it exciting! Styles include modern, ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and heels. My classes begin with a warm up, continue with a short section of choreography and end with a long stretch all from the convenience of your own home with little to no equipment.

    Welcome to TakeLessons! My name is Vanessa and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with over twenty years of experience teaching students of all ages and levels of ability. My goal is to provide you with simple and effective wellness techniques that are both enjoyable and long-lasting! I am currently accepting clients interested in my Overall Wellness Lessons which include Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Postural Assessment and Alignment, Presence and Meditation Practice and additional fun classes such as Functional Fitness, Core Training, Flexibility, Intro to Dance and Intro to Acrobatics!

    Vanessa is an amazing instructor she is really great with children of all ages my daughter started taking private lessons with her a few months ago. She loved it so much that she started telling her friends and before you knew it her cousins and girlfriends started joining the class she is very patient with the girls and her classes are lots of fun I even participated in a few classes myself :)
