I am an accomplished musician/performer/recording artist with specialties in songwriting and vocal jazz arranging and performing. I have a broad repertoire from show tunes to pop. I started teaching guitar many years ago in college, in the last ten years, I have also taught general music and Orff Shulwerk to preschoolers. Additionally, I am an expert swim instructor with special focus on fearful, preschool and special population swimmers. I lead water aerobics classes and have designed an innovative water workout which focuses on core strength and building aerobic endurance in a low impact environment, which is perfect for older and post op participants in particular.
