I've been teaching private lessons since 2005 and have loved helping my students learn proper vocal technique, music theory & ear training, as well as ace an audition! I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in vocal music from North Carolina Central University. I'm an energetic and fun person and my teaching style too! My aim is to provide you with the skills to make you more confident in your singing voice. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!

What to expect:

I like to start with a light physical warm up. Then, we will move on to some vocal exercises. After we're fully warmed up, we will then work the song of your choice. Have upcoming auditions? No problem! I can help you prepare for your audition or performance! Grab yourself a bottled water, and get ready to sing!

Tyanna was so great! I had to prepare for an audition and she helped me immensely!
 She has a great personality and is super patient with you! She helps you to find what's great about your voice and also what you need to improve. I definitely would recommend her, especially to anyone who is looking for a broadway/musical theater singing teacher! :)
