    Music & Meditation - My two favorite things ;-) Music is not complicated...it's fun. Take lessons with me and i'll have you playing chords to your favorite songs within a few sessions, even if u are shy or have no prior experience. My home has a calm relaxing environment free of pressure. I bring this energy with me when i teach at your home. Meditation is most likely not what you think it is. Many individuals naturally slip into meditation without even know what it is. Many individuals suffer from tremendous amounts of stress and need a healthy way to deal with it. I can help you. I can guide you. I will help you deal with stress. I will help you remain calm and blissful in times of chaos and confusion.

    A World View Yoga School

    My yoga education continued with a formal certification from an accredited Yoga Alliance registered yoga school. My teacher Lynn was taught directly by the father of modern yoga Sri Tirumali Krishnamacharya at his school in India. Although my cert says ryt200, this particular course was very extensive and technically counts for 300 hours.
