Terry brings out the best in his students.
My daughter, age 10, enjoys her lessons with Terry. She quickly built a repertoire which included classical pieces, blues and pop/rock songs. She takes great pride in performing them for anyone who will listen ;-)
Terry is a gifted teacher who motivates students, quickly pinpoints any difficulties and finds creative remedies.
Piano is going to be part of my daughter's life for years to come and I am very grateful that we found Terry.

Great Piano Lessons
As a piano teacher myself, I was anxious to find a teacher that would make learning music an enjoyable experience for my children. I am totally and completely happy with my children's lessons with Terry. He is patient and encouraging. He draws from a variety of resources to provide music that teaches, challenges, and is pleasant to play (and listen to). I highly recommend him!

My daughter started taking lessons with Terry when she was a few months shy of 5 years old. He was very patient with her and met her at her level. He even suggested waiting a few months before beginning so she would not get frustrated due to her small, petite fingers. I appreciated the fact that he was honest and did not want to waste our time or money. Once she started back, he worked to determine what learning methods would work well with her. She has excelled tremendously and is proud of her accomplishments to read and play simple songs as a 6-year-old!
