My approach to drumming is about using proper technique, being musical, interacting with musicians in a live band setting, and most importantly having fun and enjoying the art of music. I want you to be able to come to me with any questions or comments you may have about music and drumming. I want to teach you what YOU want to learn while providing you with the necessary tools to further your musicality.

I want to work with you to create an enjoyable experience for us both!

I have been playing the drumset and percussion for 11 years in both educational and personal ensembles. I have experience in classical, marching/rudimental, jazz, rock, reggae, latin, funk, pop, and many other genres of drumming. I have taught at multiple local middle schools and high schools as a percussion and drumline coach covering all types of instruments. I work in many personal projects and play for SeaWorld as a drummer for one of their shows.
