Hello, my name is Steve and I have been teaching Martial Arts/Self Defense and Fitness for a long time. My focus is on strong fundamentals and really getting where students are struggling. Fitness I have been teaching fitness related classes since 2003. I am comfortable with teaching men and women of all ages. The oldest person I have taught fitness to was 93, and the youngest was 8. Martial Arts & Self Defense: Pentjak Silat, Jeet Kune Do, MMA, Filipino Martial Arts, Muay Thai. I have been teaching martial arts since 1997. Training for Competition, Fitness, Fun or Survival, you will learn tools that will stay with you the rest of your life. I teach the physical aspects as well as correct training attitude. Mental barriers disappear as my students are trained to use language that empowers them. "I'm not good at this" turns into "This is my thing." Teaching is my passion, and I deliver results.
