Acoustic Guitar with Stephen R.

I am a 24 year old, trumpet/acoustic guitar player with a degree in music performance and music education. I have played in orchestral, brass, and other ensembles, recorded soundtracks, as well as marched with The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle corps for several years. Ive been playing trumpet as well as acoustic guitar for over 10 years now. I believe music education is vital to a student, no matter what age. It not only teaches lessons on concentration and dexterity, but enables them to overcome obstacles in the future that are not limited to music, but life in general. My teaching techniques are based on a progressive style. I believe outstanding musicianship is achieved through the fundamentals of the instrument. I've been teaching for over seven years; with high school ensembles, middle schools, private students, and even adults. I teach trumpet, trombone, bass trombone, Tuba, as well as acoustic guitar.
