I have been teaching dance of various styles to people of all ages for 6 years now. I have a degree in dance and a minor in management from the University of California, Irvine. I currently live in New York City, and free lance with several companies in addition to directing my own dance company, MachineHistrionica (www.machinehdance.com). I love to teach and I find it to be extremely fulfilling in addition to creating my own work. I have extensive experience teaching ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, modern, dance improvisation, and choreography. In addition to teaching technique, I also set choreography for auditions, recitals, and competitions. I feel just as comfortable teaching young children as I do working with adults. I am happy to instruct dancers of any level: from beginning to professional.
