Singing with Sierra M.

Sierra Jordan M. is in her fourth year at Dana School of Music majoring in Vocal Music Education with a minor in Oboe. She has received the prestigious ‘National School Choral Award’ and ‘John Phillip Sousa Award.’ Sierra is currently the recipient of the Founces Luley Scholarship, Youngstown Opera Guild Scholarship, Dana School of Music Scholarship and other music and academic scholarships. During her time in Youngstown, she has performed as a soloist with the Wind Ensemble, District 5 Chamber Choir Festivals, several masterclasses, masses and recitals. Currently, she performs as a freelance musician in the Warren-Youngstown and Cleveland areas and teaches voice lessons at Liberty Lesson Center. As A voice teacher, she specializes in vocal health for longevity and artistry. Singing is more than sounding good; she helps her student commit their entire being to making brilliant, powerful music.
