A certified Health Coach can help you sort through all the noise and create a personalized health and fitness plan. I can help you find and sustain the motivation to make lasting lifestyle change. I'll also be there for you on a regular basis to provide an extra layer of accountability to keep you on track. When it comes to health, weight management, and fitness, a 'one size fits all' approach just doesn't work. I made my own lifestyle change 12 years ago, and for the last 11 years have worked with the #1 ranked weight loss plan. Over the years though, I've come to realize that a group program will only get you so far. Get the personalized guidance and support you deserve to make a permanent healthy lifestyle change. Weight Loss/Weight Management - A one hour initial consultation is recommended along with half hour weekly follow ups for the first month. As clients progress consultations can take place every two weeks. Fitness Beginners - Assessment and goal setting sessions along with follow up appointments for reassessments and evaluations. One hour initial assessment is recommended, and half hour follow ups can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Goal Setting Sessions - One hour or half hour consultation as needed. Follow up optional. *** Studio Equipment *** None required. *** Travel Equipment *** None required. *** Specialties *** Lifestyle Change that's LIVEABLE A simple, sustainable approach to wellness and fitness for those just getting started or who are struggling to stay on track.     Sheri is awesome Working with Sheri is great! I always look forward to our meetings. She gives me helpful insight that I might not always be thinking about. She gives everyday information that is doable. She makes me think every time I go to the grocery store as to what I should be picking up. I hear her voice in my head.

    It's Changing My Life!! Sheri has, in just a few short months transformed my life. My fitness went from zero to 100. Not only has my fitness level increased, my strength, stamina and confidence have all increased! Best of all I am slimming down! Sheri is fun and the workouts intense. Sheri is also encouraging, taking into account the participants age and current fitness level. What I find most amazing is that, everyone gets a work-out, from the young housewives to the seniors. I am determined to stay focused and achieve my goals. Sheri is well aware of them and encouraging me to stay on track, perhaps without even knowing it. I highly recommend her classes to anyone at any fitness level to come, have fun, get fit, dance and feel better about yourself.
