Flute with Sharon D.

I am an adult who has enjoyed flute playing since band and orchestra in New York as a child. My strengths are working with people who are starting out, and getting them up to high school band level. I am currently in a college chamber ensemble, have an AA in music, and am continuing with my BA in music. I'm also able to help with other wind instruments, such as trumpet, trombone, clarinet, sax, and french horn, as they are similar to flute. Flute is my instrument; however, if a sibling is learning a different instrument I could stay and help them advance and learn how to read and play their band parts. My goal is to help students excel in band and ensembles by becoming more fluent with on their instrument and reading music .
