I started learning the piano when I was in the first grade. When I started fourth grade, I started learning the trumpet. I continued both instruments through high school and loved music! It gave me a way to express myself. I performed with jazz band, wind ensemble and orchestra with both instruments. I kept performing through college and earned my Bachelor of Music Education. After college, I taught middle school band, high school band, and also private piano and trumpet lessons. I've recently moved to Happy Valley, Oregon and I'm excited to share my love of music with you!

I'm a very friendly music teacher. I believe that a student needs to feel comfortable so I provide that for my students of all ages so you're free to learn and ask questions. I'm thorough, patient and consistent in a way that helps you get results. After 3 months, you'll be able to read basic music and even perform in my recitals!

Excellent teacher
Sausha is the perfect teacher for our little girl. We started when she was just 5, and Sausha has been kind, patient, and consistent for the past 2 years. We feel so lucky to have had her. We are looking forward to having our son start with her on the piano.

An Amazing Teacher
My son has been seeing Sausha for almost a year and we couldn't be more pleased with how things have gone! Sausha is very patient with my little chatterbox and try's to answer all of his in depth questions about everything. She makes him feel like he can play anything! She has taught him more than just how to play the piano but how to be a performer. We adore her!

We could not be happier.
Sasha made both of my kids feel at ease right away. They were both a little nervouse for their first piano lesson ever. She is patient and very positive, without sounding ingenuous. They both said they were happy she was their piano teacher right after their first lesson. I think a positive start is crucial to a successful experience.
As far as her communications with me as the parent goes, she is responsive, professional and flexible.
